Tenno and Phatheon, two renowned groups known for illegal operations in Hollows come together when they get involved in what was meant to be a simple commission, only for it to spiral into something much bigger than they thought
We begin this chapter within the backrooms of a building where we catch the sight of a TV news broadcast
TV: "We interrupt your regular programming for this breaking news. A Companion Hollow has suddenly appeared on Fourteenth Street and has already breached level three containment. The Hollow Investigative Association has dispatched a team to the scene to carry out emergency protocols"
As the news was being told, we see what appears to be a small, rabbit-like robot that was watching the T.V, dressed in a black coat with an orange bandanna around it's neck with the numbers 01 written in white

The rabbit then turned towards the couch where we see a young woman sitting on said couch. She wasn't listening as she had a pair of earphones on and was listening to music. The Rabbit then got onto the couch and started to jump on the cushion next to her in order to get her attention. This worked as she slowly removed her earphones and looked to the T.V
T.V: "Please, stay away from the Fourteenth Street area"
As this announcement came to an end, we get a glimpse of someone behind the two, carrying a stack of VHS tapes while the woman spoke up
???: "Wise, come check this out"
We get a better look at the one identified as Wise and we see that they are a male. We then got a better look at the two. These two are Wise and Belle, Owners and Managers of the video store, Random Play, and siblings

Wise: "What's that?"
Wise stopped what he was doing as he looked towards the screen and saw the news about the Companion Hollow that opened up
Wise: "Fourteenth Street? I think the news mentioned it earlier... Give me a sec"
Wise then placed the tapes down and went towards the suspiciously expensive computer set up that they had in the room. The wall was lined with monitors while the main screen booted up as he got to work on researching
Belle: "Yeah, in the Janus Quarter. They say it's already breached the level three controls"
Wise: "Yeah, here we go. Public Security were conducting a manhunt over there, today. Evacuations may not be going as expected"
