Storm Fullbuster and Luna Dragneel: Storms Quest

Chapter 11.)

(Luna POV)
I stood there in the door way with Storm behind me. I had to clue what to do cause our parents and the rest of Team Natsu was there. They could have seen us at any second. I grabbed Storm and ran to the bathroom. I pushed him into a stall.
"W-" storm tried to talk.
"Listen, go to the docks and tell Kansas I couldn't make it." I whispered.
"Who?" He asked. Crap I forgot he hasn't met her yet.
"She's a new member at the guild. We were going to meet up with her at the docks but there is no way that both of us can get out of here. All the windows are out in the main room so that's to risky, Anyways I'll distract them while you sneak out the door." I whispered again. He nodded knowing he wouldn't change my mind. I walked out of the bathroom and near the door. I was waiting for one of our parents to notice. Once they did I would walk over and Storm would run out. I stood there waiting, surprised no one has noticed. I did see that they were all talking about something. My papa stood up and turned around. Then he saw me. Shit! Now papa is going to flip I totally forgot. He walked over pretty calm though.
"Luna, why aren't you at home." He asked me.
"Uh... Cabin Fever. I needed  to go somewhere so why not here?" I said nervously. I new he would snap any second.
"Come with me." Papa said and he walked over to they table. I followed him becoming a little calm.
"Hey Luna!" They all cheered. I waved back at them.
"Where you planing on telling her here?" My mama asked my papa. He nodded and said why not.
"Sweety we have some news... There is a huge dark guild far away for this town. Usually we wouldn't care at the moment and wait and see if they harm anyone but, someone is there and we have to settle some business with him." My mama said.
"So what? It's like a mission." I said with a shrug. I was kinda worried  though.
"Well the minimum time it will take is um.... A year or so." She said quietly. I tensed up. I looked over near the bathroom for a second and saw that Storm wasn't at the doorway, he ran out already. My throat clogged up.
"Honey, I'm sorry but we have to go." She said.
"When..are you leaving?" I asked.
"Tomorrow, we were going to tell you and your brother in the morning." I didn't know what to do or say. The only option except  flip a table was to run. I ran through the doors with tears running down my face. My parents have left but never for this long. I didn't want Kansas or Storm to see me so I went to me second escape. I always went here if I felt alone. It was a little cave. I climbed up a few rocks and ran unit the cave. I curled up and cried in the dark. Some of the light shined in so I lowered my head. I heard about what happened a while ago, how my parents and a ton of more people disappeared. I didn't want that to happen again. I usually don't get sucked in by fear but when I do, it consumes me. After a few hours of my sitting alone in the dark I hearses someone climb up. It was either Nash or Storm. I looked at the ground and hoped it was just a traveler. The climbing stopped and they were walking to me. He hugged me and I knew who it was, Storm. My tears fell down his back.
"My mom and dad told me what happened, I'm so sorry I left you. I'm your boyfriend, I should have stayed." He said crying too. I blushed a little. He was getting hot, I guess he realized what he said.
"Uh sorry.... I just thought-" he was cut off by me saying,
"It's fine, I like it anyways. But don't be surprised if I call you my boyfriend." I whispered. He nodded and we sat there hugging each other for a few minutes.
"I'm worried too, but we'll see them again." Storm said letting go of me and whipping my tears.
"Yea.... Thanks." I said smiling. "Well I should be leaving."
"Yea me too... See ya later Luna." He said as we walked away from the cave.
"See you boyfriend." And with that I turned around to head back home.
