"Jusko panibagong araw nanaman, mag tutor nanaman si Jho" Aiah teases.

Jhoanna couldn't help but to groan by the idea of it. Every monday, she would tutor Stacey because of her favorite teacher's request. Not just because she favorably likes the teacher, but she thinks that maybe this is the only way to have higher grades.

As per Aiah, she always laughs about Jhoanna's "work" every monday after class. But sometimes, irritation was the thing she has because she often hears Stacey and Jhoanna arguing. Some monday afternoons, Jhoanna tutors Stacey at their dorm, making Aiah annoyed because of their loudness.

"Sana hindi kayo dito mag aral 'no?" Aiah furrowed her brows, giving a sign to Jhoanna.

Jhoanna laughs, "Sorry, ate Aiah, pero sabi niya kasi dito raw kami eh".

"Oh siya, una na ako, baka ma-late pa ko" the girl added as she carried her books and closes the door of their dorm.

As Jhoanna walks through the street of the university, she thinks that maybe if she declined the offer of tutoring Stacey, she would have free times every monday afternoon. But this is for the sake of her grades, she wants to make her parents proud. As her thoughts run through her mind, a phone call suddenly came up, she got surprised by the sound of her phone ringing. She gets her phone at her pocket, looking at the caller ID, it's Stacey.

"What nanaman ba, Stacey?" Jhoanna said, hearing the exhaustion in her voice.

"Grabe, Jho, pagod na agad?" The girl on the other end chuckled.

Jhoanna stayed quiet while staying at the call.

"Hindi nanaman nagsasalita," Stacey said. "I just want to ask if we can add another day para two days na tutor" she giggled.

As Jhoanna heard it, her thoughts came back, making her stand straight in the middle of the hallway in her building. As much as she wants to decline the girl's offer, she would still say yes to Stacey. There's something about Stacey that she couldn't resist.

"Sige" she answered and hanged up the phone. Sige was the only thing she could say.

On the other end, Stacey got excited by Jhoanna's answer. She jumped up and down, smiling like there's no tomorrow.

"Gising nanaman siya" Maloi said as she saw Stacey jumping while looking at her phone.

"Ate Maloi, pumayag siya!" she blurted out. She hugged Maloi out of excitement.

"Kaya pala happy nanaman si princess" Maloi said while looking at Stacey happily. 

Stacey never liked studying, she just likes to be with her friends at school. But when Jhoanna agrees with her mom's idea, Stacey motivated herself to listen to the girl attentively. Every monday afternoon, she'll excitedly pack her stuff after her last class and went straight ahead to the library, or sometimes at Jho's place. She would look at the girl lovingly, while listening to the endless topics. That's how Stacey spends her monday, with Jhoanna, her favorite person.
