Love In Paradise: An Old Friend?

Noah pov:

It's almost Summer. I need to make a move or at least try to get with her. I have been picking her up from school everyday. Does she like me back?

"Noah? Hello?" Brandon says, as he waves his hand in front of his face.

"Huh? Oh yeah everything is fine."

"Well, we should probably get going to school. I heard there was a new girl." Brandon says.

"A new girl?' I was surprised. It's close to the end of the school year, why would a new girl join

"Yeah. I guess we'll see who she is when we get to school."Brandon says. I think he is actually curious to see the new girl. We go to the front door and I open the door and walks outside. Then I get into my truck. I start the truck and drive off. After I picked Audrey up from her house.  Me and her start talking. I want to ask her so bad but i'm not going through that again.

"Is something on your mind?" She asks. "You look tense."

"I just.' I cut off not wanting to say.

"Just what?" She says. looking at me with a concerned.

"I just. I will tell you later." I say thinking i'll be more confident in myself to ask her.

"Okay. As long as you're okay." She says still concerned. I hear in her voice that she is concerned.

"don't be troubled about me. I'm fine." I say hoping she will not be worried about me. We finally get to school. I get out and walk around the front of the truck and help Audrey get out of the truck, I put out my hand for her to take, she takes my hand and slowly gets out." I walk inside with her, Opening doors, helping with her work. I go to my first class. As I sit down a blonde haired girl with baby blue eyes walk in, wearing a crop top that's white with light green shorts with a light green bag.  I then realize that it's the new girl, Who is also my ex.

"Hello and good morning class. We have a new student. Miss please come up and tell us your name and stuff or whatever you teens do these days." Our teacher says as he drinks his coffee.

"Hi! I'm Gala. I'm 16. I'm from Texas. I moved here for a better education." She says in a sweet voice, while smiling.

"okay. Sit down." Our teacher says as he starts the lesson. Gala sits in the seat next to me.
"So. Is the school here good?" She asks as she turns around and looks at me with a smile. I freeze as I realize who she was. Then I speak.
"Yeah the school is pretty good here..." I say looking down hoping she doesn't notice who I am.
"That's uhm, good I guess." Shs says realizing who I am. "Wait, are you Noah Settle?"She says in a worried and surprised tone. I hesitate to answer.
"Yes, I'm Noah Settle... You most be Gala Martinez?" I say knowing that she knows who I am now.
" I am Gala Martinez. We haven't talked since the incident." She says as she slowly looks down. I look down as well.
"Yeah, the incident..."
Gala looks at me "I know what I did was wrong but can you forgive me?" She looks at me with puppy dog eyes.
"I-I don't know, I'll think about it..." I say as I look down.
