Rejection and Acception

Me changing my writing style for the 10th time in this story?? Feeling Shakespearean

On the cold winter morning Katsuki Bakugo woke up with a small green haired boy clinging onto his side. Bakugo smiled contently at the boy. The way his chest rises as he takes breaths through his nose and out his mouth. He could stare for hours.. and he did. It felt like seconds. The boy eventually woke up. When he did he blushed at the taller man hovering over him watching him sleep. The taller man spoke "Goodmorning handsome," with a smirk on his lips. "M-morning kacchan," green haired boy said as he cuddled into his boyfriend still not fully awake. Bakugo mustered the courage to speak out "Would you.. maybe, wanna be my valentine..?" Deku grinned hugely and giggled while he clung on to Bakugo tighter "Of course I would love to Kacchan!!" Bakugo smirked at that.

"Well then let's go, Restaurant or want me to make something?"

"Hmm.. can you make me something?"

"Sure" Bakugo replied as he carried Midoriya bridal style downstairs to the kitchen and placing him down on the couch. Bakugo began to make some fluffy pancakes topped with whipped cream,strawberries, and chocolate drizzle. Once Bakugo had handed the plate over to his boyfriend he in return got a huge smile from him. Izuku quickly began stuffing his face with the pancakes, Bakugo watching from a distance as he cleaned up. Once Midoriya was done Bakugo took his plate and placed it in the sink.

B: "Hey uh Deku? I got us something."

D: "Aww! What'd you get?"

Bakugo handed a small box over to Izuku as Izuku sent him a smile and began to open it. His eyes widened once he realized what it was.

"A-a locket?!" Deku said with a wide smile as he picked up the heart shaped pendant and looked at the picture inside. It was a picture of them sitting on the beach sharing a kiss both of them visibly smiling.

"Kacchan I love it!" Deku said looking up at Bakugo then standing up to give him a hug.

Their hug was cut short by the door creaking open. They both looked arms still wrapped around eachother to see Mina peaking in.

"Oh get a room you two."she said.

The two then saw the black hair of Sero peek in as they let go of the hug. Mina,Sero,Momo and Todoroki walked in. Bakugo reached over to the necklace and put it around Izuku's neck. Then Izuku did the same for Bakugo. Bakugo tucked it in his shirt and Midoriya left it out. Todoroki watched the two in envy. Bakugo had got a phone call from Kirishima asking him to hang out and Izuku encouraged it so he left and as soon as he did Shoto walked up to Midoriya and asked him to hang out. He of course accepted. Todoroki had suggested going out for ice cream which Izuku gracefully accepted aswell.

The two were sitting infront of eachother in a booth eating their ice cream. It would look like a date if you were just a passerby. They ate in a comfortable silence till Todoroki spoke out.

"Midoriya?"

"Yes?"

"Would you like to be my Valentines?"

Deku looked at Todoroki with wide eyes. He needed an excuse fast. Todoroki saw this and continued

"Midoriya it would be fine if you decline-" but was quickly cut off

"Well I'd love too! but, I uh.. I sorta already have one? If not I'd totally be yours but-I- er.. Thanks for the icecream!" He blurted out as he placed 500 yen on the counter. ( $3.40 usd )

Izuku was walking back to the dorm buildings feeling uneasy. Did Todoroki mean valentines as in valentines or... Valentines? They're two very different things. Todoroki was an awesome friend to Midoriya and to be frank he didn't want to make it awkward. He fears he already did but, he's still going to act normal.

He walked up to Uraraka's dorm knocking before entering.

"Hey, Uraraka?"

"Oh! Hey Deku! What's up?"

"Uh so, you know how I went to hang out with Todoroki and stuff.."

U:"Mhmm?"

D:"He sorta asked me to be his valentine."

Uraraka gasped and let out a squeal. "Oh em gee! Did you say yes? I so ship!!"

Deku looked down at his feet and let out a hushed "No."

U:"What!? Why not? I totally would've guessed you liked him. You're like best friends."

D:"Well I don't have a crush on him and I said no so now I feel bad.. can you like, check up on him? For me, please?

Uraraka let out a sigh and stood up to give Deku a hug. "Sure, I'll be right back."

Izuku sat on the her bed waiting for her to come back. The time felt like an eternity till she came back.

"So...?" He rambled as soon as he saw her head peek in.

"Uh.. I couldn't find him.. But I'm sure he's fine!" She responded sheepishly.

FIRST PERSON POV (Izuku)

I sighed then spoke "It's fine Uraraka, I'll catch him another time.." I got up from my chair staring at the ground and walked over to the door. I opened it slightly then turned around to wave goodbye.

I walked down the hallway over to Kacchan's dorm. He shouldn't be home yet so I just unlocked it with my spare key and laid on his bed. I slowly began to drift off. My sleep was soon interrupted by a slam of the door opening and a familiar voice yelling "Shut the fuck up shitface"
I opened my eyes to see Kacchan waving to someone out the door and slamming it closed. He turned around and yelled "holy shit nerd you fucking scared me warn a guy would ya?"

I rubbed my eyes and mumbled out "sorry kacchan.."

"T'is fine nerd," he replied changing into his pajama pants quickly and jumping onto the bed next to me.

I smiled warmly at him as he wrapped an arm around me as we drifted off too sleep.
