Hello goodies this is the prologue of my story...
So let's get started....😊

Author's POV :

Swati got the news today that she is 3 weeks pregnant....she was so happy and was driving towards Yadhuvanshi mansion to inform her husband (kartik) and her in-laws.....

While driving she got a call from her devar (brother - in - law)..
Hello...she said
Bhabhi...(He said In a scared voice)
What happened Aksh..(she asks in concern)
Bb..Bhai..(he said while stuttering)
What happened to kartik...(She asks )
Bhai got into an ....... accident..(he said with a trembling voice)..
In which hospital....(She said on the verge of crying)
In city hospital....he said and Swati cutted the call...

She was not in a condition to understand anything just a moment ago she was happy and was going to tell the happy news to everyone that she was pregnant...but now her world got upside down...

After taking a deep breath she started the car in full speed and head towards the hospital....after reaching the hospital...she asked the receptionist..

Whe..re....is ka..rtik..singh...yadhu..vanshi admitted
(She said while stuttering and tears falling down through her eyes.)

The receptionist said...who are you to him mam.....
I am his wife....(Swati said)
Receptionist said.....mam MR. Yadhuvanshi is in the ICU on the 2nd floor...

Swati ran towards the ICU and got stopped seeing her whole family there outside the ICU tears were in everybody's eyes....

She went towards Veena (her mother in law)...
After taking her hand in her's she spoke...what happened maa is he okay...(While tears in her eyes were just flowing down)...
Veena said... doctor didn't said anything till now beta....(And broke down in Swati's arm)....after consoling Veena....she went towards Aksh gauransh and Vijay who were standing there quietly....

She stand in front of them
She said ...who the fucking hell is behind this...(She yelled at them as anger ran towards her head and veins..)

After some time Aksh broke the silence saying..(we don't know). 

Swati's fist tightened and jaw clenched...after hearing his words...she was about to say something...

When doctor came and said we need urgent (O NEGATIVE) blood... everyone got worried...when Swati spoke.....my blood group is (o negative) draw mine...
Doctor nodded and started a process..
After some minutes a nurse came and told Swati that....they cannot draw a pregnant women's blood....

Everyone got shocked after hearing this....and Veena said...baccha you are pregnant...
And Swati nodded...and said to nurse (I don't care just save kartik )
Then Chandni (her aunty in law) said you cannot do this baccha... everyone nodded....
Doctor said....yes mam it's illegal to draw a pregnant women's blood....

And Swati started crying badly...and said...please.. doctor...just...just save my kartik..(while tears were just flowing down to her face like water)

Veena stood up and walked towards her (daughter in law)...and sat beside her...

Swati hugged Veena and spoke....maa I got the news today only that i am ....
3 weeks pregnant...i was so happy and was driving towards home when....aksh called me and told me that this happened....(While Veena said caressing hair)...shh baccha nothing will happen to kartik...believe in god....

After a while she calmed down...

And a nurse came towards the doctor and said ...sir Mr. yadhuvanshi's pulse are getting down he needs an immediate blood transfusion....

And everyone present got panicked especially Swati ...her every moment with kartik started showing in front of her eyes from the day they first met till.. today

And after that.....
