Artemis

After what happened on the rooftop I decided to go home cause I couldn't understand my emotions right now. I just texted max and Gail on our gc that I cannot make it to our movie marathon cause of emergency.

As I arrived at our house, I immediately find mama to asked some questions about the conversation I have with miss astra.

" Ma, where are you po! ?" I yelled

" I am here honey. Why are you yelling?" mama asked but I just ignored it and asked her a question.

" mama when I was six years old, do I have a friend that is much older than my age? I asked and I can see confusion written on my mama's face.

" why are you asking me that kind of question, honey? "

" I just want to know, ma. " I said then she nodded. My mama think for almost 30 minutes.

" as I remembered, your yayas told me that there is a person who stayed by your side when you lost that time. I think since that day happened, the both of you always bond every Sunday, honey." my mama stated and I nodded.

" but mama, do you know whose that person is? " I asked desperately. My mama nodded and I almost jump to her response.

" you always called that person, ate riri. " my mama stated as my eyes grow wider.

Monday is really a nightmare because of all the activities our professors have gave to us. Like, why it should be in sync when they give us a task and the worst is they have all the same deadlines.

" tangorangejuice na buhay to oh. Bakit sabay-sabay pa." max rant on my side though it's really true.

" frenny, hindi ka man lang ba magrereklamo?" she asked me this time.

" no, as if it can solve the problem if I complain." she just pout.

" ay, okay na kayo ni miss A? Kasi nag eye to eye kayo kani then you blush after she winks at you." max asked me and also teasing me.

" maybe. She already told me her reason yesterday." I said that made her eyes widen and her mouth hungs open.

" ano daw reason ni pulang watawat? Nako pag yan hindi valid, sinasabi ko sayo Artemis. " she said and I just shrugged my shoulder.

" later in the cafeteria. " that all I said then I decided to take a nap for a minute.

" ANO!?" Max and Gail shockingly said it in sync when I told them what's the reason why miss astra couldn't tell me the truth.

We are now here at the cafet and this two is really persistent to hear what's miss astra's reason.

" so, all this time twin sister pala yun ni pulang watawat. " max said and I nodded at her.

" yun naman pala ang reason. Pwede na syang lumapit sayo, bestie." Gail said that makes max look at her, frowning.

" hoy, kala koba hindi mo palalapitin si pulang watawat?" max asked as she slaps Gail head, making Gail to cares her head and slap also max head as a revenge.

" tanga, may pagkavalid ang reason ni miss A noh." Gail said as she rolled her eyes at max.

We continue our lunch while still into that topic. They give me and advice to what I will do after that conversation I have with miss astra. I still don't know what to do after that day.

" tanga, I think si pulang watawat parin ang mag f-first move kay Artemis natin even though she already tell her reasons." Max said in frustration cause they've been into that topic since we left the cafet.

" I was just giving some advice, duh." Gail said while rolling her eyes on max.

" well then, your advice is not worth listening too!" max said almost yell because she's already pissed. Gail on the other hand almost laugh cause she's been pissing max since we're in the cafet.

" OH, EH BAKIT KA GALET!" Gail asked almost yell also.

" SIGURO MASAYA AKO! " Max sarcastically answers and I just did a face palm cause of their trip.

" AHH, TAGALA? DI GOOD FOR YOU!" Gail said on the other hand.

" BAT KA NANINIGAW!?" Max yelled at Gail.

" DAHIL MASAYA LANG DIN AKO!" Gail said it while giving max a wide eyes.

" HAHAHAHAHAHA." The both of them laugh at the chaos they made. Even the students in the hallway stops just to watch their chaos.

" you guys are crazy. " I commented as I continue to walk without them.

" yes bestie/frenny that's true HAHAHAHAHA." They said it in sync as their arms are on my shoulder. They walk so fast.

" Don't forget your assignment and quiz next meeting. Class dismissed. " Miss said while gathering her things.

" noted miss." the whole class said and miss just nodded then walks out.

" frenny hindi kita masasamahan papuntang parking area ha. May gagawin pa kase ako eh. " max said while gathering her things. I give her a look trying to tease her cause I know that she's hiding something from me.

" okay okay." I said while nodding making sure that she couldn't see my smirk. She smiles then bids goodbye.

I'm just minding my own business here in the parking area while waiting for my driver, but a car just park in front of me and it's kinda familiar. The door in the driver seats open and it's reveal that certain person.

" can I...take you home?" Miss astra said and I can says that she's nervous. I look at her for a minute, thinking if I say yes or what.

" ahmm, it's okay if you don't want to. I understand." she said as her fake smile plastered on her face. I pick up my phone and texted my driver to not fetch me here cause a 'friend' will take me home. As I lift my head, I saw her going in inside her car.

" wait..... " I said and I don't know what to say next, so I just open the door and get in immediately. After minute, she already get in and starts her car.
