As Dadi and I finished our conversation, a sense of foreboding settled over me. "Come out of all this, Ayra," I thought. "You're here for another purpose. Don't waste your time."

Dadi interrupted my thoughts "Ayra, I'm done." I nodded, my mind still swirling with unanswered questions. She bid me goodbye and retreated to her room.

Alone in the hallway, I quickened my pace, my heart pounding with anticipation and trepidation. I entered my room and locked the door behind me.

I approached the cabinet where Aarush kept his important files. I knew that within those documents lay the answers I sought. My fingers trembled slightly as I pulled open the drawer.

The room fell silent, the only sound the soft ticking of the clock and my own quickening breath. I extracted the files one by one, my eyes scanning each page with intense focus. "None of these files are what I'm looking for," I whispered, frustration building within me.

I began searching every corner of Aarush's room, my hands running over surfaces, my eyes scanning for hidden compartments or secret stashes. The tension in my body was palpable, my breath coming in short, sharp bursts. "I've searched every inch, but there's nothing."

Just then, a soft knock on the door startled me. "Who's there?" I asked, my voice laced with suspicion.

"It's me, Nene, the house cleaner. Please open the door."

With a deep inhalation, I steadied myself and slowly turned the doorknob, opening the door ,Nene, the cleaning lady, standing there with a smile.

"The room is clean, you can go," I said, trying to prevent her from coming in.

"Oh, but Aarush sir is very particular about cleanliness. I must make sure everything is spotless. Please let me come in Mam," Nene insisted, I couldn't very well refuse so I stepped aside to let her enter.

She took a deep breath and shook her head : Even today, all the files are scattered here. I just came from Dadi's room, and the files were scattered there too, Nene remarked, her eyes scanning the room.
