I told Sis about my new job at the café, and her face immediately brightened up. "That's fantastic, Jade! I'm so proud of you!"

She quickly grabbed my hand. "Let's celebrate! Get ready-we're going out to enjoy this moment!"

She decides to go to her friend's club to celebrate.🎉

As we entered the club, the loud music and crowd noise hit me immediately. The club was a lively mix of flashing lights and beats that made the floor vibrate. The decor was modern yet inviting, with neon accents and cozy seating areas that encouraged mingling and conversation.

Sis handed me a band as we approached the entrance. There were different types of bands, each with its own meaning. "Pink means you're looking for love, black means you want to be left alone, blue is for a one-night stand, rainbow is for LGBTQ, green means you're just here to talk, and purple means you're here to dance and have fun," she explained.

I scanned the options. "Which one do you recommend?" I asked, feeling a bit overwhelmed by the choices.

"Well, it depends on what you want tonight," Sis said with a smirk 😏. "But knowing you, I'd say go with black or green."

I hesitated for a moment, then chose a green band. "Just here to talk," I said, slipping it onto my wrist.

"Good choice," Sis said, nodding approvingly.

The club itself was impressive. The owner had clearly put a lot of thought into creating a welcoming yet dynamic atmosphere. There were several distinct areas-each catering to different moods and activities. A spacious dance floor dominated the center, surrounded by high tables and stools for those who preferred to watch. There was also a cozy area in the corner for conversations. The lighting was smartly designed-soft in the seating areas and vibrant on the dance floor. The music was loud enough to energize the crowd but not so overpowering that you couldn't have a conversation in the quieter corners.

Sis dragged me to the dance floor. She wore a striking red outfit that matched her energy. As for me, I was in my usual oversized stuff paired with jeans, hastily adjusted to meet Sis's approval. We danced for a bit before she suddenly spotted someone and moved off the stage. I followed her. Sis introduced him as Kai, the club owner.

Kai's charisma was immediately noticeable . I had never seen such expressive eyes before. His silky brown, wavy hair fell perfectly around his face. He wore a black, velvet-like shirt, open at the collar to reveal layers of silver chains. His look was completed with a pair of silver hoop earrings and a confident, welcoming smile.

When Sis introduced us, Kai extended a hand in greeting but then pulled me into a gentle, friendly hug instead. "Nice to meet you, Jade. I've heard a lot about you," he said, his voice soft yet engaging.

I was taken aback by his presence. He seemed to have this natural ability to make everyone feel at ease around him. He noticed my discomfort almost immediately. "You look a bit overwhelmed. First time in a club?" he asked with a teasing glint in his eye.

I nodded, feeling slightly out of place. "Yeah, it's not really my scene."

Kai laughed, a sound that was somehow both comforting and teasing"Don't worry, kid. We'll make sure you have a good time. Just stick with me and Veda."

He then turned to Sis "I know you are my friend, but still, kids are not allowed in my club," he teased, ruffling my hair playfully.

"Just because I'm short doesn't mean I'm a kid, okay?" I said, trying to sound more confident than I felt 😠.
