Why on earth can't i control this child's actions it's annoying the king is patting my head with a smirk of a smile he doesn't look angry I should be grateful for the fact right now he's not looking like he wants to kill me I let a sigh of relief pass my shoulders but doesn't mean I can lower my guard .

"Your Majesty. we should head to the meeting now " Alex said 

that's right you should hurry up and leave so I can breathe just as I was thinking that waiting for relief from this atmosphere I then felt two strong arms warped around me pulling me closer to his chest I was confused why was he holding me did Alex say he's got a meeting so shouldn't he leave. 

"Your Majesty you should get going now "

"Alex the officials aren't going to moan if im a little late so lets head out and Alex bring the baby rattle with you "

"why your majesty ?"

"why cause it's my daughter's favourite toy " 

Just like that NY father is carrying me out of the room leaving everyone and me confused and in shock what is he planning his game here Alex walking two steps behind holding my rattle he looks like he's seen a ghost but happy about it my father looks pleased the maids just told me before leaving to have a good time. how can I when his actions today are puzzling and don't even match up but if he takes me to the meeting I might be able to learn somethings about this kingdom at least something I can work with.  

We entered the meeting hall everyone bowed as they looked up at us with pure shock of disbelief everyone was seated, and just then the king spoke up it again " As you can see my daughter is here with me today I've decided to knowledge her as my heir."

"but your majesty she's just a baby "

"Count bluebird refrain from talking disrespectfully about the princess from here forth unless you dont want to live that is " the king with a deathful glare.
