"WHATS GOING on?" Sam asked as she walked into the apartment, Theo and Danny following behind. "Cute Boy. Nice." Quinn smiled.

"He's not that cute." Theodore mumbled, crossing his arms. As the group watched the news, Sam felt her heat rate quicken. News about a new ghostface on the loose had worried her. "Pack a bag. We leave in ten." She commanded, walking through into the kitchen.

"Sam! Wait, Sam!" Tara called out, running after her sister.

"What's happening?" Danny asked. Chad and Theo turned to him. "Thank you, suspicious new guy, but we got it from here." Chad said, pushing Danny out of the apartment. Theodore mouthed a "thank you" before walking further into the living room.

"Sam, wh- hold on." Tara watched as Sam walked out of the kitchen, knife in her hand. "No, wait, let's talk about this for a second. 'Cause this might not have anything to do with us." Tara stammered

"Are you serious?" Sam gritted her teeth.

"It's a big city! It's Halloween. Everybody's wearing masks!" Tara replied.

"Tara, this isn't a coincidence. You knew him!" The taller carpenter shook her head.

"Barely." Sam sighed and looked around the living room.

"Theo, Mindy, back me up." Theo looked up and glanced at Mindy before speaking.

"It is a little bit..."

"Close to home." Mindy finished, throwing a piece of popcorn into her mouth. "See?" Sam asked, turning back to her sister. Tara opened her mouth, but no words came out. Instead, she turned to Quinn.

"Quinn, your dad's a cop, right? Can you call him and find out what's going on?" Tara turned to her sister "Before you make the unilateral decision to abandon my college education and flee the fucking state!"

"I'm calling him now." Quinn said quietly. "Thank you." Tara spoke.

Then, Sam's phone rung, causing everyone to turn their heads towards the table. Sam shakily reached out and took the phone, seeing who was calling. It was Gale. Sam declined the call and turned back towards the group.
