Splitzy Adventure is a Splitzy and Friends video game that's released in October 2002 for the Playstation 2 by "DiceBlok Interactive."
It was developed to promote the "Splitzy and Friends Movie," which went pretty successful in the box office. The game didn't do well because it was a low effort cash grab, and the game was commonly appearing in clearance sections of lots of discount stores and in the bargain bins at Walmart or GameStop. There were rumors that it was ported on the GameCube and GBA Systems 2 months after the PS2 release.
In the game, it follows the story of the movie but with a platforming twist where you start in a nonstop train ride. You play as both characters Splitzy with Blooby or Princess Paulina with GoldieKat. They both have different abilities that would be useful for situations depending on which character you're playing as. Splitzy can shoot out spikes from his head and use Blooby to throw at enemies and can throw him to reach high places, Paulina can use spark attacks with her hands and GoldieKat will help you solve hard puzzles and platforms.
There were more characters and movesets for them, but the controls are completely broken and unplayable, and it's hard for them to complete it. There were a lot of negative reviews of the games, and they were youtube videos of people playing it and started bashing at how unplayable it is. we certainly can't find them because the videos were randomly deleted.
We can't find any gameplay screenshots, advertisements, or more images for the game besides the box cover, since the creator of "Splitzy Funland", and the "Splitzy and Friends" Franchise wants this game to be forgotten by everyone. That was until someone who had a rare copy of the game shared it on a random discord friend server and told them about something strange hidden in the game.
Anonymous Discord User: "I noticed there was a secret cheat code to the game, when I followed the steps, it took me to a dark and glitchy void with game assets lining up. I started moving around a bit until I saw two figures that looked like Splitzy The Jester colored in blue and Kaity The Clown colored in green with bloody eyes and dark empty eye sockets, they were hanging on a noose with a pile of low poly organs laying on the ground. I pressed the start button and suddenly, the game froze with the dark depths of their faces staring at me, the sounds of children screaming and crying in pain started playing and the volume got louder for some reason, the screen started to get more static and my console began to overheat, I tried to take the disc off but the console started catching on fire and it explode damaging the tv and my hand. Luckily, I survived but I burnt my hand when I tried to take the disc out. It almost burned the house down, too. I would've died from that explosion. Who had the idea to add this in the game?"
When the server saw the message with photos of the game's cheat code and the busted up console, one of them posted them online and people were terrified. What we do want to know is, how was this approved and why did people not notice this during the game release until now?
