Uzi sighs as she waits for her class to be over, still doing school because of missing almost the entire last year. She watches the clock on the wall and finally, after 15 minutes, the bell rang. She quickly got out of her seat and headed to her and her father's pod. She goes to her room and throws her bag onto her bed, then herself as well. A "tink" was heard from her window that she thankfully had now. She gets up with a small smile and opens it, she didn't see who she thought she would though. Standing in the tree was none other that V. Why was she here?..
"V? Where's N? Why are you here?"
"About that."
V scratches her head trying to find a way to explain the situation.
"I'm here because of N, he kinda needs you at the landing pod.."
Uzi's eyes showed concern. V never did anything for N unless it was important.
"Okay." Uzi replied and instantly spread her wings and flew out. V didn't follow though. Uzi wanted to question it but didn't want to waist time in case it was urgent.
As she approach led the entrance of the dead body "cave", she curled her wings close and swiftly twirled into the cave. She lands on top of the pod and retracts her wings.
"N? You ok?? V told me you needed me." She waited, but no answer. She turns serious and jumps down inside.
She lands and looks around. It was expanded extremely by her and some other worker drones so they felt more at home. Thankfully that ment she knew the place well, even though she visits all the time.
Uzi makes her way down the hallway and looks for his door. She reaches it and opens the door. It was dark, but the yellow glow told her he was in there.
"N?"
"U-Uzi-? Wh-What are you doing here?"
"V told me you needed me"
N looks away from her and covers his visor. He didn't want her to see the constant flickering of a warning symbol and the words "over heating". He didn't want to to worry her. He's tried to not eat fresh oil and just find scraps but it's not working.
"N, are you alright?" She asks as she shuts the door behind her and take a step towards him.
N looks back at her and noticed her reaching her hand up to him in the dark. "Uzi.. You shouldn't even be here right now."
