Uzi, the soon to be mother -and wife-, groans as she leans her head on her craft desk. She felt like she couldn't think. All she was trying to do was fix the errors on her railgun blueprint so she could make a new one. She rests her head on her palm as she just doodled on the paper. Suddenly, N shows up behind her and says, "Hey Uzi-"
Uzi jumps out of her chair, yelling at him. "N!? Don't scare me like that!"
N just looks at her confused, "I didn't mean to-" N got cut off when Uzi hugged him. He sighs and pets her head. "What's wrong? Is it the-"
"Bite me! Nothing is wrong with her!"
"I didn't say that." N scolds as he holds her forearms. "You know what I meant."
Uzi groans and flops her head on his chest. N pets her head and back to calm her. "I know your still worried about him- "-Her" Uzi argues. -but! You don't have to.. V didn't damage the process."
"We don't know that N! What if they end up having bad wiring or a blind visor!? What if it's little things that could change her life fo-"
"Uzi.. Relax."
Uzi sighed and nodded. She's been worried about her baby since V attacked her. N leans down to kiss her but she covers her mouth and glares up at him. He rolls his eyes and nuzzled into her face- or- visor. Uzi giggles and smiles up at him once he stopped.
The last month of her pregnancy was torturous. Uzi could only complain about how much her back hurt. Even Nori mentioned how big her belly was compared to her pregnancy. Uzi's mom has taken the habit of staying and helping Uzi with things if N wasn't around.
Soon after her due date, at night, she started -robot- labor. She didn't notice it at first, but soon enough she started to stir in her sleep from the pain. She clutched N's PJ shirt with one hand as her other hugged her swollen belly. N woke up easily from her distress, looking down to his fiancé, he saw her visor was turned on. He pets her face making Uzi look up at him.
"Uzi, what's wrong?.." He asks gently. He was worried, yes. But he didn't wat to stress her out even more with his own.
"The baby-" Uzi started but was interrupted by another wave of pain.
N sat up and leaned over her. He lift the blankets off to inspect what was happening. Nori said it shouldn't be this painful.. But she did also say that there was a chance that Uzi's hatch might be to small to deliver the baby normally. N sees the hatch but it of course was to small for his kid. He flinched as Uzi screamed in pain.
"N! Get this thing out of me!!!" She yelled as she lift her shirt.
"What if I hurt the baby!?"
"You won't just- just do it!" She yells as she slams her head back in pain as her -robotic- body trys to push the pill baby out.
N trys to calm down as he basically sits on top of her. Doing this, it'll keep her still and makes it easier to see what he's doing. He switched a hand to finger blades and gently holds her belly his his normal hand.
"Ok.. I'm starting."
Uzi only screamed in response, she could feel the sharp blade cut her silicone like belly open. Thanks to the solver, she'll heal back up just fine.
Oil splattered all over the bed as N continues to open her up. He sees the pill shaped baby and gently grabs it from her, only to see a much smaller one under it. The smaller one was quickly getting covered in oil since it's mother has been cut open so deep. N panics and gives Uzi the first baby only to reach back in and try to grab the other before it drowns in oil.
Uzi looks at him funny. She then looks to her baby and back to N. "What's going on?.. N?"
N didn't reply, focusing on feeling for the pill baby. Once he found it, he took it out carefully. Once Uzi saw the other one, her eye lights went hollow.
"Two?.. We- I.. How?"
N looks to his fiancé and smiles. "You were right it's a girl.."
"What about-"
Uzi looks down the the baby in her arms. She pressed a button on the side of it's head and smiles.
"Their both girls.."
N covers her back up with the blanket and leans forward. He keeps the little girl safe to his chest as he leans his visor against her's. Uzi blushes and leans against him. She then giggles and laid her head back down.
"I'm never doing that again.." She laughs.
"Yea.. But hey, now we're an official family." N says with a smile as he lays on his side beside her.
"If you think I'm sleeping in an oil stained bed with two new babies, you better think again mister." Uzi scolded with a small glare to her lover.
