they had been on vacation for two weeks now every morning following the same routine of Beca waking up doing her lessons and going out to the garden to play till the rest woke up the same blue eyes watching her from the window but today would be different when the girl awoke she would be greeted with her mother rushing her to get changed for a beach day informing the young girl she had cancelled Beca's lessons for the day giving her a shirt and some shorts for her to put on

once she was changed she tried ignoring the fact her mother cancelled her favourite thing for the beach she made her way down to the living room seeing everyone waiting for her they were quickly squeezed in the car Beca and Lando being forcing to sit next to each other with all the beach bags and the two coolers packed around them like Tetris for the long car ride caused by the family's wanting to go to a quieter beach a few hours away
for the next few years the same routine would continue with the stuff in the car around them pushing them closer together each time as the gap closed and Lando's best friend max began to join them on the vacation the first time he joined was the summer of 2014 just before the two being told they'd one day wed turned 15 he would join once more the year after in 2015
