The Plummers

Chapter 3

Third POV

Today is a school day. And Rosabella was up already, had been awake since 4am as the little one wouldn't stop dancing on her bladder. She made Breakfast and lunch. She made sure to make some for Shane as she knew he'd eat something different if she didn't.

Upstairs Shane woke up and got dressed at 5am and heard noise going downstairs, so he was confused on who was up at this time. He went down to see what was happening and he saw Rose, fixing breakfast. Though noticing she made him some too warmed his heart. He watched her as her left hand rested on her belly and she flipped the eggs, it looked like it was her last batch. "Hey." He said quietly and she looked at him and smiled, "Hey, sorry did I wake you?" he shook his head, "No I'm always up early." she nodded in understanding, "Right. Military." she hummed as she put the eggs on a plate that had bacon and 2 pancakes. She handed it to him while she put the syrup on the table, then she set the table up with plates seeing it was 5:59. "Wake the kids up, schools starting soon."

"Okay troops! Breakfast." Shane called into the room as everyone sat down at ate as Rose fed baby Tyler. "Thank god." Zoe muttered at the plate infront of her and dug in. "I can cross my eyes." Lulu stated looking at Shane while Rosabella and the others ate. "Wanna see?" Shane looked at her for a moment, "No." He said before taking the last bite of his breakfast. Lulu preceded to cross her eyes making Tyler whimper then cry. "Tyler hates when i do that." Lulu says proudly with a small smile, "I know how he feels." Rosabella had took the plates off the table just as Peter dragged the table cloth out of the room. "Peter!" Rosabella yelled at him as she picked up Tyler and calmed him down. As soon as he calmed down she put him on her hip and tried to bend down to get the cloth but her stomach wouldn't let her. She sighed, "Zoe." Zoe nodded and picked everything up as the phone rings. Rosabella and everyone ignores it but Shane. "Go get dressed kiddos, school is soon. And I wanna bet that it was your VP calling." just then Shane confirmed it and everyone got ready. 

"So you want me to drive?" Rosabella asked, she could still fit in the drivers seat enough to drive. Shane declined and got them there in 4 minutes flat, which was a record for Rosabella but she got up and threw up on the road, Seth rubbed her back and handed her a bottle of water as they fast walked towards the Principles office.

I sat down on the chair that Shane offered me and I cooled down with the water Seth gave me. "See Creeper over there, he's played hooky for every wrestling practice this month. And her, shes missed 22 drivers classes, out of 23! They are the worst students in my school." He spat and looked at me for a moment but I ignored him. What had gotten into Zoe? Shes always wanted to have her license, she used to talk about getting her dream car when she was 14. "Your school?" I heard from the door way and Murney got up in a hurry. "Good morning kids, Mr. Murney thank you so much for watching my chair for me, I'll take it from here." I knew her, she started here as a principle during my last few months here. Shes a sweetheart. She looked at me and smiled, "Rosabella Plummer, pleasure to see you again." I grin at her and she looks at my stomach, "Congratulations, and I heard about what happened, I'm sorry." I wave her off as Shane dangled a cake pop infront of my face making me snatch it. "Alright kids, I think it's time you get back to class. I'll cut you some slack today seeing as it's Lieutenant Wolfe's first day thank you." Shane looked at me and then looked towards the principle, "Permission to stick around and keep an eye on the kids?" Shane asked as I get up and pick up Peter from his spot, I'm not supposed to pick him up but he wanted me. "Permission granted." She said and we went on our way.

Outside I watched Shane on a seesaw balancing six kids on the other end while looking out of a set of binoculars to keep an eye on my siblings. It was lunch time and I looked over to a group of jocks. I saw my brother and I immediately went over, "What the hell are you doing to my brother?" just as they were about to reply Seth went over and hugged me, "You should go, I'm fine." I glare at him as Shane came up, "More than hell you are, Seth Plummer. Getting Bullied isn't something fun. And your not fine." I look to the jocks, "If anything ends up broken, I'll call my contact in the police station, trust me you don't want to meet him." They looked scared and ran off, "I swear teens when they hear the word 'Police' scares the shit out of them." Seth sighs and runs off.

When I got home I noticed that zoe and seths bracelet was missing. "Seth, Zoe. I swear to god. I will take your phones away, and you don't be going to the Sound of Music." Oh yes, I knew everything that Seth did. It helps that he tells me. Just then the door slammed, footsteps coming this way and shane made an appearance. "Haha." he said holding two tracking bracelets up, I on the other hand was pissed. "Very funny." he said again staring at the two shocked teens, I was not pleased with them. "Thank you for the letter." I got up and grabbed a towel and a scrub brush handing it to him and pointed upstairs.
