A/N: sorry for keeping you waiting I'm meant to be grounded so I cant update for a little while but hopefully you enjoy

Jason sighed before walking into bunker 9. It wasn't unusual to find Leo here. The war with Gaea was finally over. They were still alive. How incredible was that? But Leo just wanted to close himself off again.

Jason stood a couple yards from the unknowing boy. Leo was fiddling with something on a table, a wrench in hand.
Jason heard him curse in Spanish under his breath as a spark flew.

"Leo." He jumped when Jason spoke his name.

Leo turned wide eyed to Jason. He calmed when he recognized the boy and went back to work. Jason leaned on a table next to the boy and gave him that stern expression Leo had come to know too well.

"You can't stay in here forever."

Leo sighed and put down the wrench he was holding. He stood in front of Jason with his arms crossed, a face of worry.

"I know I just-" He took a deep breathe.
"Gods I can't do this anymore." He said before burying his head in hands.

Jason was startled and quickly moved to comfort Leo.

"Whoa, whoa, whoa, hey. Calm down. It's alright. What do you mean by you can't do this anymore?"

Jason removed Leo's hands from his face. He held them gently in his own. Leo sniffled and pulled away from the contact. He shook his head.

"Leo you have to talk to me."

Leo took a shaky breath

"What I mean by I can't do this anymore is that I like you Jason." He looked up at him with teary eyes and a soaked face.
"Like really like you and-"

He rubbed away more tears with a hand and looked at the ground, unable to see his best friends reaction.

But a sudden movement made him flinch. Jason ran towards him, flinging his arms around Leo.

"I like you too Leo! Gods I like you, really really like you." Jason held Leo's face in his hands, smiling at the smaller boy.

Leo caught his breath before wrapping his arms around Jason's waist, pulling him close for a hug.

After a while they broke apart. Another stupid question formed in Leo's mind.

"What are we, Jason?"

Jason laughed. "Well I would say we're more than friends, Valdez."

Leo rolled his eyes. "So we're dating?"

They both blushed at the word. Jason nodded.

"We are going to be late for dinner though so we need to go."

Leo laughed. "Okay Superman."

He held out his hand and Jason intertwined their fingers.

They stepped out into the setting sun, joking and giggling the whole way to the dinning pavilion. When they arrived they noticed a few people staring.

Leo and Jason sat at the Zeus table, let Chiron yell at them for breaking the rules who cares anyways.

Leo leaned his head on Jason's shoulder, his eyes fluttering with exhaustion.

Soon enough Leo was fast asleep on his boyfriends shoulder. Jason smiled softly to the sound of Leo's quiet breathing.

When campers started getting up for the campfire, Jason woke up Leo and they both staggered towards the amphitheater.

There they sat close, and leaned against each other for surrport. Their fingers crossed over each others and their bodies shared the warmth from the fire.

Jason caught eyes with someone, Piper.
She smiled at Jason. Her smile was one that was full of pure happiness.

It told Jason that she was proud of him.
It took Jason she was always going to be there.

Jason looked down at Leo, who was asleep again. He squeezed Leo's hand tighter and looked back to the campfire.

the sounds of campers singing and laughing was muffled to Jason. All he could hear was the symphony of Leo's soft slow breathes.

That's all he needed to hear.

The fire died down and so did the laughter. Most campers were too tired to keep going. The amphitheater became empty and the cabins filled with sleepy campers.

Jason and Leo walked to the Zues cabin.
They didn't even bother changing. Leo plopped down on Jason's bunk and curled up like a cat.

Jason laid down beside him and wrapped his arms around Leo. They slept with such ease it was hard to believe they had been through a war.

The morning sun woke Jason up first. He blinked slowly and yawned. Leo snuggled closer.

Jason heard the horn for breakfast and woke Leo up quietly. He handed a pile of clothes to Leo and they changed before heading out the door.

They were hand in hand, Leo wearing one of Jason's camp Jupiter shirts. They got their plates of food and sat together at the Zeus table again.

This time another person joined them.

"Hey Piper" Jason said softly as she slid on the bench in front of him.

"Hey guys.

Leo ate silently.

"So..." Piper sighed. "We did it. We won a war."

Jason nodded. "We survived."

Piper smiled. "Hell yeah we did."

Jason laughed. Leo kept quiet. It was weird for Leo to not speak.

"Leo." Jason whispered.

"Hmm"

"Are you good?"

Leo nodded. "Just tired."

Jason went back to his food.

*

That night in the Zeus cabin the two boys lay awake.

Their legs were intertwined as they lay close together. Leo held one of Jason's hands and played with his fingers. Jason nuzzled his face into the crook of Leo's neck and they laid there for as long as they needed.

Again for the second night in a row they fell asleep, close together, Inseparable.
