Satan's Sinners #2: Kai and Parker

**Chapter 25

Kai POV

Walking into church, I saw all the guys there. Looks like I'm the last one here. Everyone was talking to each other while I just quietly sat down, wanting to hurry this the fuck up so I could get myself back to Parker and Brody. My boys. Fuck that sounds good. Brody's first Christmas is right around the corner. 

"Alright! Settle down, fuckers!" Prez shouted above everyone who was still talking, standing up and banging the gavel on the table. He looked around at each of us to make sure we did in fact, settle down. "We have a situation, that's a little...sticky." He rakes a hand down his face, clearly, he's been struggling with all this shit since it went down last week. "I've got a meeting set up for tomorrow, here, with the president and VP of the Devil's Snipers. Myself, Hound, Atlas and Bullet will be present because one of theirs attacked two of ours. Becca, who had just started seeing Bullet, but he came to me after the first meeting and asked for an Old Lady cut for her. After this attack, she's agreed to be his old lady, but they were just getting to each other and hadn't had a chance to make it official. The other person who was attacked, is Atlas' Old Man, Parker. They've been tip-toeing around each other for months now, and again, Atlas had asked for the cut, but hadn't given it to him yet. He has since agreed, and they are both under our protection. This is where it's a gray area, because they weren't officially an 'Old Lady and Old Man' of the club yet and we need to discuss with their president what he wants done with this asshole. That's first on the agenda. We aren't sure where this stands, but we know it's unacceptable because we do have that treaty in place. Next up, Doc also has information on Parker's brother and the nurse he had who helped hurt Becca." A growl sounded from where Bullet sat. Prez looked at Bullet, then motioned to Doc. "Doc, you have the floor."

Once Prez sat down, Doc stood up and began. What he said, turned my fucking stomach. All the details are too much. "Brittany, an RN working in the ED, harbored a grudge against Becca and was willing to do whatever was needed for pay back. Something about drama in nursing school. It was really petty, but she held on to it. She is also known for bullying other nurses for various reasons, and also for trying to sleep with literally any doctor who is wealthy. She's succeeded a couple of times with a few doctors and was blackmailing them for money in exchange for not telling their wives. She's a...nasty, vile walking STI." He shuddered as he said it like, he was shaking off something truly nasty. "As for Parker's brother, Dr. Blake Montgomery, he'd hated his brother his whole life. He was the typical golden child who could do no wrong and whose parents have gotten him out of more trouble than I can even trace just though the hospital. I'm sure Hacker could find more info on the pay offs. Anyway, he wanted him dead because he couldn't scare him into calling off the lawsuit you started Atlas. I talked with Becca, and honestly, with all the shit she said that was done to both of them growing up from this asshole alone, I'm going out on a limb here and thinking he wanted him dead for a while before, but that the lawsuit was the preverbal straw that broke the camels back. He was having a sexual relationship with Brittany and the Sniper. He was also with another nurse who worked in the NICU with Parker, but she had no idea about anything, only that he would ask about Parker. Do you want me to go over what he did when they were kids or?"

He continued, after Leif gave him a nod. I wanted to puke. He'd tormented Parker for years. Since they were kids. Beating him, bullying him, ganging up on him with his parents to verbally abuse him while he and his friends verbally, physically, and mentally/emotionally abused him.

Hacker was next. He gave information about Parker's biological mom and what happened to her, at least the theories of what happened to her since she basically just vanished. Anderson is going to press charges against the parents if he can find enough proof that they were involved in his bio mom's disappearance. This whole family is fucked up. I'm so happy, thankful, and surprised Parker came out as amazing as he did. I don't know how.
