As the conversation with Dami drew to a close, her eyes wandered to a nearby frame resting on the dresser. The photograph within captured a moment frozen in time - it was jungkook, his face alight with a radiant smile, standing beside a girl whose laughter seemed to dance across the frame. Y/n found herself transfixed, her gaze locked on the image as she lost herself in thought

Just then, the door creaked open, and Jungkook stepped inside, his presence filling the room with an unspoken energy. "What are you doing?" Jungkook asked, his voice gentle

Startled, Y/n flinched, her hand jerking involuntarily. The frame slipped from her grasp, crashing to the floor in a cacophony of shattering glass. "Oh no!" she gasped, her heart racing as she knelt to gather the broken pieces
He rushed toward her, concern etched on his face. "Wait, let me help," he said, his voice steadying her. He gently held her hand to stop her. "It might hurt you

Jungkook carefully picked up the remnants of the frame, his fingers lingered on the photograph, a bittersweet smile playing on his lips. "This was a special moment," he murmured, his eyes reflecting a mix of nostalgia and sorrow
"Is she your girlfriend or something?" she asked, her voice barely above a whisper, insecurity creeping in. She felt a knot in her stomach,

Jungkook placed the frame back on the dresser, his expression shifting as he turned away, moving toward the balcony. The sky outside had darkened ominously, the air thick with the scent of impending rain. Y/n followed him, her heart racing with a mixture of anxiety and curiosity

"It's okay if you have a girlfriend,"
Y/n said, her voice wavering. "I mean, we weren't actually in a relationship, so you can tell me."
He turned to her, his eyes filled with a depth of emotion that took her breath away. "No," he said quietly, his voice heavy with unspoken pain. "She isn't my girlfriend. She's my sister."

Confusion washed over her. "But why didn't I saw her at the wedding?" she asked, her eyes brow furrowing as she tried to piece together the fragments of his past

Jungkook took a deep breath, the weight of his memories pressing down on him like a storm cloud. "She died four years ago," he said, his voice barely a whisper.
"Sorry to hear, but How" Y/n asked

"She married her boyfriend against my parents' will. He abused her... and she gave up. She took her life."
The words hung in the air, heavy with sorrow, as the rain began to fall, soft at first, then growing heavier. Each drop seemed to echo the pain in his heart, a rhythmic reminder of the love lost.
Y/n stepped closer, instinctively rubbing his back, her heart aching for the burden he carried.
"I can feel your sorrow," she said softly, her voice a gentle caress. "I also lost someone who was close to me..."

Jungkook turned to her, his eyes filled with unshed tears. "You don't know the half of it," he said, his voice thick with emotion. "My sister was everything to me. We grew up together, inseparable. She was the light in my life, always making me laugh, always therewhen I needed her." As he spoke, the memories flooded back, vivid and painful. "When she fell in love with him, I was happy for her at first. She was so in love, so convinced that he was the one. But then, things started to change. He became possessive, controlling. I tried to warn her, but she wouldn't listen. She was so blinded by love."
