In the quiet hours of a cold morning, when the sun had barely risen, a trail of footprints left a fleeting imprint in the sand soon to be washed away by the rising tide, much like the worries that had weighed on her two nights before.
The air was crisp and the wind gently blowing the young woman's dark brown hair as she continued walking along the beach while carrying her sandals in her hands.
Then she stopped and turned to face the ocean as she watches the sun slowly rising from the distance. She closed her eyes and took a deep breath as she calmed her troubled thoughts down. For a moment the world was peaceful. She could only hear the sound of the waves crashing in the shore and the birds greeting the morning sun over the horizon.
The young woman stopped and gazed at the sea while watching the slow rise of the sun. She closed her eyes and took a deep breath to calm her troubled mind.
Slowly, she opened her eyes and continued walking. Right at a distance, she saw a man lying unconscious on the sand near the water.
"Señor? Señor?" The young woman tried to wake the man, but he still didn't respond.
And just like the rising of the sun marks a new day, little did she know that something incredible is coming her way.
