(Yes this story may seem a little odd to one who thinks they know the nature of Angels. But sadly if you are looking for the Angels you spot in Christianity and such you will be sadly disappointed.)
My name is Keita; I am not your average teenage boy. For one, I can see people's pasts when I touch them. Two currently a strange woman is sleeping in my bed, all I know is the name on her necklace, Hana. I know what some people are thinking, no I did not drug her, she is still fully clothed in what I found her in. Which was odd because it was a Chinese dress made of pure silk and had God tapestry on it. I awoke this morning to find her bleeding on my doorstep. I have no idea who she is, where she came from, or why she is here. I know nothing. Since I live alone, there should be no problem of her staying here.
"I have to protect her..." She murmurs in her sleep. I wonder what she's dreaming about. I sit beside my bed where she is resting. I reach out to touch her long black hair, and she jolts awake slapping my hand away. A flash of a small girl crying enters my vision.
"Woah, easy there. I am not gonna hurt you." I rub my hand gently. She hits pretty hard for someone who is as severely injured as she is. I slip on leather gloves so I don't see any more visions.
"..." She sits there just staring at me. She looks like a confused and scared child. Her blue eyes are stunning; her pale skin looks as though it's glowing and there is something shining above her head.
"Are you okay?" I ask hoping for a response. I want to hear her speak again. Her voice was like honey when she spoke while she was sleeping.
"..." Still nothing. I sigh and stand up.
"Well I will go fetch something for you to eat." I walk out of the bedroom into my kitchen. I grab leftover plain rice from my dinner last night, add some water to it, put it in the microwave. I walk back into the bedroom to find her staring out the window.
"Hey Hana?" She looks back and cocks her head to the side. Did I get her name right?
"Your name is Hana right?" She turns around back to the window.
"..." I think the silence is a yes. The fact that she turned around to that name... I wonder. The microwave beeps several times before I can get to it. I take out the rice, walk into the bedroom, she's fast asleep in the bed. I smile and set the bowl of rice on the nightstand beside her head.
"I guess you feel at home." I want to run my hand through her pretty hair... But she needs rest I think I will just leave her alone.
"Keita!!!" A loud banging noise is coming from my door. I run to it quickly making sure that Hana doesn't wake up.
"What do you want Kyo?" I whisper. I really don't want him here right now.
"I was just in the neighborhood and decided to drop in to say hi. Whats up dude? Is something the matter?" His voice is really loud. I really really really don't want to let him in.
"I just have a cold and I really want to rest." I look him dead in the eyes with a teary expression and I sniffle a little to make is seem plausable.
"Alright... Listen if anythings wrong just tell me all right?" That was easier than I thought. Then he just barges right in like he owns the place.
"Hey Kyo!" I run after him and grab his shoulder before he steps foot in my bedroom.
"What are you hiding from me?" Kyo seems a bit agitated. I just push him away from my bedroom and shut the door.
"I am not hiding anything... It's just a little messy in there with all the clothes on the floor that's all." It's true that my room is a mess but not with clothes. When I first brought her in she was bleeding so much that my floor is stained...Pretty badly.
