3RD PERSON'S POV
"Why don't you choose Political Science as your Major?" The man suggest to his son who's peacefully drinking his wine.
The boy place the glass down the table , he wipe his mouth with a tissue and turn his gaze to his father to respond.
"Dad, you know I'm not interested about laws." He manage to tell his Father what he really don't like.
He grew up being independent and choosing what he wants that his parents always support. He was abit taken back by the suggestion of his father because he know that once his father open his mouth, you'll never see him taking his word back. He only suggest once and you should follow if you don't want danger to occur.
The poor boy's parents keep bugging him to pursue law since his dad is a lawyer before entering the politics.
"But still, you should think about it , son" his dad said with full of authority .
The boy sigh and massage his temple,
He's also thinking what should he pursue. He still haven't decided yet , he's a Engineering student in Tsinghua University in china, The top 1 University in China and also the Harvard of China.
He just nodded as a response and continued eating. Even if he want to decline his Father.
Engineering and Political Science both aren't his thing , habang maaga pa he should think it throughly kung saan siya mag shi-shift.
He studied in Tsinghua University on his first year in Engineering but he will transfer here in the Philippines and start as 1st year college again.
Kahit saan siya tumingin dito sa loob, you'll see known and very powerful people. Most of them ay nakikita sa mga billboard, posters , news and other socmed while ang iba ay nakilala niya personally. Sa tagal ng kaniyang ama sa politics halos marami na din siyang nakilala , may mabait , may bait-baitan at iba't iba pang hindi kapani-paniwala na ugali.
"Behave yourself, ipapakilala kita kay Governor Lauriez" he wiped his mouth and stand up.
His eyes followed his father , his father went toward the man na naka talikod na naka hawak ng wine.
nakita niyang nakipag pag shake hands ang kaniyang ama sa lalaki , hindi na niya makita ang mukha ng guy na kasama ng kaniyang ama , because his eyes are weak. He forgot his eyeglass and didn't wear also his contact lens.
He look at his mom who's busy enjoying her food. She saw that his son is looking at her , with just the eye of his son , she already know what he need. An Info,
"You've met him before, if I'm not mistaken you're in 4th grade and i think he's in highschool that time already" sabi nito habang naka masid sa kaniyang asawa
Naalala niya lahat ng nangyari sa kaniya simula grade 3 siya pero wala talaga siyang naaalala na na-meet niya noon. Well sa dami ba naman ng nakilala niya noon, maaalala niya pa ba mga pangalan at itsura ng mga ito.
"I'm too engot talaga," he said to himself
"He looks young for the Governor position though" he mumbled to himself but his mother ear didn't escape it. P
"He's already in his mid 30s , he's not that young anymore, Darling" she expensively laughed and pinched his son cheeks.
Humahanga lang ako kay dad dahil binitawan niya ang kaniyang Governor position at hindi na nagpatuloy dahil mas pinili niyang maging Mayor, he said mas alam niya ang kaniyang magagawa when he's the mayor. He's once a mayor of this city kaya mas alam niya ang kaniyang kakayahan.
"What's their family name pala , Mom?" He ask his mom
"Lauriez"
"Does it ring a bell?" Dagdag pa ng kaniyang ina
"nah , but i feel like I've heard that surname when i was in 7th grade or something" he said at napa hilot sa kaniyang sintudo.
Tumingin ang kaniyang ina sa kanya "Sweetie, your dad is coming toward here with the Governor."
He feel like his eyes went clear all sudden because the governor is looking so hot. As a Man this is a freaking compliment.
The Governor is talking to his dad,the Governor's gaze is also in his dad. He's walking like a model and his hands is on his pocket.
My mother elegantly stand while the boy stand quickly too following his mother.
"Mr Lauriez. This is my only son, Yiezen Nahzy" His dad introduced him to the Governor,
"Just call me Chavez. I'm glad to meet the only son of our Mayor"
He said to the boy and shake hands with him.
He was too stunned to move because the man with Angelic and Hot face at the same time is infront of him. Also just introduced himself to him.
