Chapter 5: Falling inlove?

Been a month seen me and Karino became friends, Honestly we have alot in common.
We both like Philippines Islands, We researched it of course and we both like the sounds of the wave...

Everytime we hangout we became closer and closer..
That I feel something weird happening inside my stomach and my heart is always beating whenever we get close.

I'm pretty aware that what I'm feeling in my stomach is Butterflies.. but the heart? I don't understand I never experienced any of this.. I wonder if Karino feels the same...

As I was packing my things to leave my class Karino drop by, Calling me.

"Uhm excuse me? Is Mika here?" Karino asked.

I was about to get to him, When my friend mega got to him first.

"Oh no Mika? She's still doing something, By the way.. Your Karino from class B-1 right?" She asked.

I was confused as she knows I already finished but I was more shocked as she tries to hide me.

"Is that right? Well I'm only here for Mika can you get her for me?" Karino said.

*Chuckles*"Silly! I said she's doing something important that she can't be disturbed, Now why don't we just talk for a bit after she finishes her thing?" Mega said.

"N-no I'm fine I'm just gonna wait here for her.." Karino replied.

"C'mon now~ It'll be boring while waiting for someone like mika-" Before mega can finished her sentence. I got between them.

"Karino! What are you doing here?" I said to Karino.

"Oh I got another ticket to the movies, I was wondering if you'd like it." Karino said.

"OF COURSE! Uh well I'll meet you at the lockers I just gotta talk for my friend a bit k?" I said.

"of course" Karino said before walking away.

I turned to face mega who looks irritated when I talked to Karino.

"Mika why didn't you say that Karino was you're friend?" She asked annoyingly.

"Question aside why did you lie? You very much knew that I already finished packing my things yet you lied!." I asked.

"Duh because I want to talk to Karino!" She said.

"Then what about saying 'waiting for someone like me' rudely?" I said with suspicion.

"That was nothing alright? I just slip my tongue! besides! I think I would do better at hanging out with Karino than you." She said with no shame at all!

"W- are you bad mouthing me? Mega are you now looking down on me?" I said threateningly.

"And who do you think you are to threaten you're voice at me?, Mika remember you're just my shadow." She said rudely.

"Let's finish this talk later I have to hangout with someone who doesn't 'waste my time'". I said.

I walked away from mega before she could even talked and went straight to Karino who was waiting at the lockers.

I think what I felt back then was jealousy..
In that case... Am I? Really inlove with Karino?
Weird... No one told me it hurts when my heart is beating so fast yet... Somehow somewhat..it..
