After the party was over and everyone started to leave, the 'couple' decided to take their leave too. It was decided that Taehyung would drop Jimin to his apartment first then he would return back to his mansion. The ride was actually not silent at all, their giggles, jokes and conversations were ringing inside the car. Jimin could not help himself but keep throwing himself over the taller whenever a joke was passed.

"I sw-swear to god, Tae. The way the teacher looked at you bahahahaha-"

"He was like 'Isn't this an egg?' oh god-" Taehyung laughed out, his body shaking with laughter as he tried to focus on driving more.

"uh...your phone," Jimin pointed out. The taller has put his phone on silent mode because it was disturbing their conversations so he did not want any distraction.

"oh..yeah," the latter picked up the call while slowing the pace of their car but to his surprise, Jimin picked the phone and held it for him near his ears. Taehyung smiled before talking to the person on the phone. Jimin decided not to eavesdrop which was practically impossible at the moment yet he tried to look outside, glancing at the buildings and street life, just doing anything to look like a good person.

"ah, Jimin? I think I won't be able to drop you home. So, should I arrange a cab or my driver or would you like to go to the company right now?"

Hearing this, Jimin was a little surprised but he knew his answer without any doubt. Of course, he will be going to the office at two in the morning with Taehyung instead of going back to his boyfriend. Taehyung was a little surprised at his response too but then smiled at him like a small puppy beaming with joy. Cute, Jimin thought.

Their ride to the company was in silent with only a few sentences being exchanged but it was quite comfortable too, to steal glances at each other from time to time and giving a small smile when one caught the other doing so.

"Is it that urgent? Are you bankrupt now? Did we lose the deal?"

Jimin wondered, not being able to digest that there are many staffs already at the company at this hour of night. The latest he has stayed in the office was till eleven. What's that important which needs to be discussed now?

"Uh, we've been planning a surprise for the employees but there's some mishap in the arrangements and if I don't go now to put my signatures and deal with the other party, they might let others book the resort, "

Taehyung explained after he saw the other visibly confused and chewing on his delicious plump lips.

"What? A trip? For us? Fuck- I wasn't supposed to know, right? Will I go there too?"
