After seeing Deepti in this state, he tried to wake her up by calling her name loudly and shake her up but she wasn't waking up.

The Bianchi's were fuming as no one here respected then nor they know them except Deepti. They're unaware of her in laws and they went in their protective mode when they saw Ishaan so close to Deepti while they fear to go close to her cause what if their action cause her any discomfort , so in a simple word they're jealous of him .
While they were in their own thoughts, Advait came to the living room running (he didn't see the Bianchi's), he yelled at a maid - where is the Queen?

that's what he needed and he took of to their room to see his beloved pregnant wife but not before ordering the maid to take care of Kian.
This was the first time Bianchi's saw Advait in person. Though they were happy to see Deepti's husband so caring, they were more angry at him cause only because of him Deepti is pregnant and only because of him she can't stay with them forever but they didn't say anything in this situation.
Meanwhile in Deepti and Advait's room,

After the doctor checked her, he said to Advait - Don't worry King, Queen just fainted from being too shocked amd weak nothing serious happened but she's getting weaker day by day, so you have to take care of her diet, I'll send you her diet plan.
Advait - yes doctor, anything else?
Doctor - nothing King. So do I have the permission to go now?
Advait - yes and take your payment from my brother outside.
