"Micheal, Simon, Heather, Kévin, no! It's too dangerous! They could kill him!" I beg my friends.

"They don't seem that dangerous. Nothing bad will happen. Just a little prank." Simon said, a smirk on his stupid face.

"You think that it is a good idea to argue with one of the creators of those animatronics?! I know how dangerous they are! You will not do it!"

"Chill, Lilithe." Micheal says, "It'll be fine. I'll make sure nothing will happen to that crybaby."

"He is not a crybaby!" I yell. They won't listen.

"Look, we all know what you did in the restroom. If you don't help us, we'll tell everyone." Simon says.

"YOU WOULDN'T!"

"I will. Help us or we'll tell everyone that you kissed a girl."

"F-fine!" I hold back tears. I ran to Henry's place.

--------

"Lilithe? What's wrong?" He looked at me, concerned. He set down his coffee and walked toward me.

"They are going to hurt him! They want to stick him in Fredbear's mouth!" I say, between tears.

He looked angry.

"Who."

"Micheal, Simon, and Heather! They said that if I didn't help, they'd tell everyone I kissed a girl in the restroom!"

"I'll tell William." he hugged me.

"Y-you don't care that I kissed a girl?"

"Look, me and William used to be more than friends. I used to be a girl, anyway." he smiled.

I looked at him in disbelief. My father and his closest friend used to date.

"I wasn't expecting that. I never even would have thought of that, Henry..."

"I know you weren't. That's why I never said anything until now, Lily. You know, it's about time for dinner. You should head home."

"Can't I stay here tonight? I don't want to leave."

"Fine."

I smile and thank him. I sit on the couch and listen to the radio. I think about different things, not realizing I was drifting off to sleep.

I awaken to the sound of a child playing. I open my eyes. I see Charlie, Henry's daughter, playing with a toy train. I remember that train, as I made it for her. It's Charlie's favorite toy.

"Good morning, Charlie," I say, smiling.

Charlie is about 4 years old, with dark brown hair. It's sad what happened to her other father. Mr. Emily was beautiful. I remember when he died. He was protecting Charlie, who was a baby at the time. I remember the sirens. How loud they were. How bright the lights were.

"Hewo, Lily," Charlie said.

I get up and off the couch, grab my stuff, and head home. Everything was dull. Dull colors, dull buildings, dull bridges, dull people. Why was everything so boring? The sunlight brought no joy to this city. The only happy place, I thought, was Henry's house. It had flowers of so many colors and the green grass brought a smile to my face.

I opened the door and ran to my room. I don't need to be yelled at by my so-called mother for not coming home yesterday. I locked the door, out of fear rather than paranoia, and tried to catch my breath. I was hyperventilating. I caught myself and calmed down.

Why am I so scared? My mother. No, not Mother. A monster. A neglectful, abusive, homophobic monster. She hardly tolerated my existence, if at all. She only cared for herself and my youngest siblings; C.C. and Elizabeth. What made THEM special? Nothing! They were little!

I was angry. Enraged. I want that monster dead. I thought about how I would do it. Then I stopped.

"What's wrong with me? Murder is illegal! I can't kill her." I said to myself.

I thought about other things to ignore my homicidal thoughts. The business. That would be nice. Nothing terrible could happen, right? Right.

"LILITHE CRIMSON AFTON!" my father yelled. He was angry. I shook in fear, yet I unlocked my door.

"Y-yes, father?" I stutter.

"Where were you yesterday?! I was worried some stranger had taken you!" His face was full of concern and worry.

"I was with Henry, father. I was telling him about my friends... how lovely they are. I stayed for dinner and I fell asleep on his couch." I said, looking at Micheal. His face said, 'You tell, and I'll share your secret.'

"I see. Next time, tell us you'll be over there so we don't have to worry," he said, smiling reassuringly.

Micheal got up and walked away. He seemed angry. I didn't tell on him, so why was he so mad?

"Micheal, where are you going?" William asked.

"My room. I need a break." Micheal responded. He grabbed a book and headed up to his bedroom.

"Oh, I see. I'll be going to work. Lilithe, want to come with me?"

"Yeah. I want to help. Will Henry be joining us?"

"I don't know. Do you want to stop by his place?"

"Yes. I do."

"Get ready then. I'll be outside."

"But I am ready! I just got here, remember?"

"Yes, yes. You are right." he laughed.

We walked down the street, down to Henry's place. I knocked on the door, and Henry opened the door.

"Hello, again, Lilithe. Hello, William." He said.

"Hello, Henry. Do you want to help us at work?" my father asked.

"I wish I could join you guys, but I apologize. I don't have a babysitter for Charlotte."

"Oh... well then. See you later, Henry."

"Okay, then." He shut the door.

"Well, that is okay! We can work alone." I smile.

—----------------------------------------🧸----------------------------------------

I enjoyed myself at C.C.'s birthday party, although I couldn't find my light brown-haired, green-eyed, little brother. I looked around and found him under a table, crying.

"C.C., is everything alright? It's your birthday; there is no reason to be crying on your birthday."

"I-I hate this place! The animatronics are so scary!" he said, through his tears.

"Well, I will protect you-" I said before I got interrupted by my so-called friends.

"Well, well, look who found the crybaby! The freak! Help us drag him out so he can see Fredbear up close." Simon said. Heather, Kévin, Micheal, and Simon all laughed.

"No. I told you. WE.ARE.NOT.DOING.THE.PRANK! For the last time." I say, standing up and pointing in Simon's face.

"You know what will happen if you don't help us. Nobody will ever like you. Nobody wants to be friends with a lesbian freak!"

"Like that doesn't happen already. You don't scare me. I'll tell Henry and Dad if you don't back off." I say, addressing all of them.

"You won't tell them shit!" Micheal cursed.

"Then.back.off."

"No," Simon said, pushing me out of his way, dragging C.C. out of underneath the table.

"It's regrettable that you have to have a girl protect you, crybaby."

I see Elizabeth.

"Eli, go get Henry and dad. Go now." I whisper in her ear. She nods and takes off. I turn around to see the tormentors lifting him in Fredbear's mouth.

"Come, give Fredbear a big kiss! 3...2...1-" Fredbear's jaw suddenly slammed down onto C.C.'s head. Dad and Henry appear.

"DAMMIT! CALL AN AMBULANCE!" Dad yells. He rushes up and gets C.C. out of Fredbear's mouth. All of a sudden I feel dizzy and weak... things go dark...
