Ananya smiled, her eyes shimmering with emotion. She reached into her pocket and pulled out a small velvet box. Opening it revealed a delicate silver locket with a tiny heart-shaped pendant.

"I wanted to give you something special," Ananya said, her voice trembling slightly. "Inside this locket is a picture of us, and a tiny note that says 'Forever'."

Meera's eyes widened with surprise and delight. She took the locket from Ananya and opened it, finding the tiny note inside. Her heart melted at the gesture.

Ananya took the locket from Meera's hands and carefully fastened it around her neck. "Now you'll have a piece of my heart with you, always."

Meera's voice was barely a whisper as she replied, "And you'll have a piece of mine."

Ananya reached out, gently pulling Meera into a loving embrace. They stood there, wrapped in each other's arms, gazing out at the starlit sky and the shimmering lights of Jaipur below. The world seemed to disappear, leaving only the two of them in their own little bubble of happiness.
