Eva's Pov

"I'll unpack my clothes." I spoke snatching the box Jason had grabbed as soon as we entered 'my room'. God knew what undergarment he would pull out this time had he been able to.

"Fine then, I'll set up your bed but, it's a single bed..." Jason drawled and I gave him a look followed by a your point afterwards. "My point is that you're not ten years old, you need a new bed and I'm getting you one." I shot a dubious stare towards him as he took out his phone and dialled a number dextrously and held it firmly to his ear.

"Jason no I'm fine, really." I insisted as he openly ignored me with a wave of his hand.

"Hey Damon, I would like to order your most appealing king-sized bed." My eyes widened upon Jason's request.

"Jason!" I argued shaking my head at this unnecessary donation, only to be shushed rudely making me stomp my foot.

"Alright thank you, I'll be expecting it in two days." Jason finished and I huffed crossing my arms as he hung up and slipped his phone back into his pocket. He chuckled obviously amused with my irritated pout.

"What's so funny?" I scoffed sticking my nose up defiantly, this only made Jason laugh more.

"I was doing you a favour." He quipped and I rolled my eyes.

"I don't want to be favoured. I'm not some type of charity. I am completely fine with the bed I have now." I uttered my pout still evident.

"You won't be complaining when you get a comfortable sleep in your new bed." He shrugged. "Plus if you're going to live under my roof then expect many gifts. You're going through a tough time right now, I'm capable of financing you." Jason stated as if he was so high up, it came across as snobby.

"Just because you're filthy rich doesn't mean you can just buy all of my happiness. I'm thankful for you allowing me to live with you, criminal or not but can we just start off with training instead of showering me with gifts like a boyfriend on Valentine's Day?" I suggest and he raises his eyebrows as if he couldn't believe what he was hearing.

Oh my a female who doesn't just want money!

Big whoop.

"I mean, I guess I could try to lay off the favours... I'm just not used to a girl that doesn't want money." Jason confessed and I nodded understandingly.

"That's understandable but, get used to it because I'm not all about currency baby." I winked and sat Indian style on the hardwood floor before starting the dreadful unpacking.

"Guys, dinners ready." Charlotte poked her head in the door. "Chloe cooked." She clapped giddily.

"Im guessing she's a good cook?" Char nodded in response, "Have you started unpacking yet?" I questioned, I'd be stunned if she had.

"Just my clothes, I already have a room here so I don't need any of the furniture." She stated resulting in an eye roll from me.

"You never tell me anything." I whined and she giggled.

"I know, most of its for your own sanity." She smirked and I didn't even want to know what that meant. I had a feeling it had to do with the crimes she had committed.

"Okay we'll be out in a minute, I just need to hang a few shirts up." I responded and sent her on her way.

"She didn't even tell you she had a room here?" Jason spoke after a while and I just shook my head.

"After she joined the gang it was like she was a whole new person. I knew nothing about her besides the fact that she was a criminal... She never tells me anything anymore." I ranted and Jason nodded in realization.
