Now everyone was putting their desk together in a circle as Mr Thomas was talking " the rest of class will be about the project, so go ahead and sit wherever you want with your group for today. " now with the group Aiden snort at Ashlyn because she put her head in her shirt now we see the sitting situation llulah was right next to Ashlyn and Aiden Ben was next to Logan Logan to Tyler Tyler to Taylor and Taylor to ashlyn ' she looks like a turtle in her shirt hehehe but wow llulah is right next to me why am I so flustered? Okay Aiden clam down before she notice this! ' now with Ashlyn ' what was the problem of assigned seats if it was just going to end up like this? '

now Mr Thomas continued his talking " our main focus this semester will be the history of Georgia's oldest city, Savannah this is also what your project will be about and the topics you'll choose to present on are stated in your rubric additionally, there is an overnight field trip to go along with the project! " as he said that everyone was excited except for llulah because she will not go because of her papa Phil he's is overprotective of his children but she knows her papa missa might let her go but she doesn't know Ashlyn noticed that llulah was upset so she goes to hold her hand llulah look at Ashlyn with a smile but little did she know Aiden notice this but didn't say anything now back with the teacher " of course it's optional however those who attend can get extra credit for your individual grade if you are interested the permission slip are on my desk and include everything you'll need to know for the rest of the period, please choose what topic your group would like to present on. After class everyone was getting a permission slip except for Ashlyn and llulah Ashlyn was looking at her phone but llulah was looking outside because she seeing someone in the bushes " don't forget to have the slips signed and bring them back on Monday. " now back with Ashlyn ' group project never go well. We've already been into a group chat ' as she thoughts a voice as hear by llulah " hmm? " back with Ashlyn thoughts ' and even worse he has our number! ' the voice was Aiden who was the permission slip " you guys aren't gonna go on the field trip? " Aiden ask them but Ashlyn walk away and said " I'd rather stay home. " and walk out but wait for llulah Aiden now look at llulah who gives him an apology smile " um I'm sorry but my parents probably won't let me go i'm really sorry " and with that she left Aiden was disrespectful at first but then grabbed two permission slips

AT ASHLYN HOME

Both of Ashlyn and llulah parents are there llulah and her parents were there for dinner her dads Phil and missa and Ashlyn parents Emma and mike they were asking Ashlyn about school and llulah and her parents were laughing at them now back in the beginning
With Ashlyn and llulah parents asking them about school Ashlyn had her head in her shirt again with her head on the table with llulah rubbing her back with a smile " looks like school went well " Emma asked but Ashlyn denied it " it didn't not only am I stuck with that guy on the bus and class but now I'm in a semester-long group project with him I don't want to go back tomorrow " ashlyn explains Phil was laughing at her but missa was kind of concerned " well on the bright side, maybe you'll finally make some friends except for just llulah " Emma said Ashlyn then look at her mom with a funny face

now llulah was laughing with Phil who is died laughing and missa was patting Phil back " you know that isn't going to happen " as Ashlyn said that her mom slam her hand on the table making everyone jump back a bit " how could you say that?! How can you deprive your phone like this? " Emma then look at Mike for help and Mike understand what she means Emma and Mike look at Phil and missa to see if they would help them but Phil was laughing his ass off with missa look at him with a smile they now changed position Emma was on the floor with her hand on the chair and Mike was on the book shelf " where are they our memories of you having sleepover or birthday parties? " now with Mike " our memories of bonding with your friend's parents and planning play dates? We want those parenthood experiences where we put a glass against your door at 3am and listen to what you and your friends talk about. Now Phil said something to them " hey your daughter does go to birthday party and sleepover with our daughter just because she doesn't have any other friends doesn't mean you guys can forget my daughter " Emma and Mike now remember llulah but llulah then hit her papa " shhh it's fine you guys can continue with your talking " she said " but in all seriousness in your entire sixteen years of existence, you haven't once had a friend. Except for llulah of course but I get it that people are exhausting but sweetie you can't just avoid- " he was then cut off by Emma " no, I think she's fine Mike.
