A Song and Proposal

Broppy!

It was a beautiful spring day, but this day was very special because today was the 1-year anniversary of Queen Poppy and Branch dating and of course all the trolls wanted to celebrate, and tonight was gonna to be one both trolls would never forget. Branch was walking around trying to find DJ today he was gonna give Poppy the best surprise ever, he found DJ working on a tape.

''Hey Suki, you busy?''

''Oh, hey Branch, I'm never busy to talk what's up?''

''I need your help as you know today is mine and Poppy's one year anniversary of dating and I have something special in mind but need your help.'' Branch said.

''What is it?"

''I'm gonna propose to Poppy and I need you to play a song for us.'' Branch said smiling.

''OH, MY TROLL your gonna do it, she'll be so happy!'' DJ shouted.

''Please keep it down I don't want her to know.'' He said blushing.

''Ok what did you have in mind?''

After Branch finished with DJ, he went to see the twins to get a new outfit.

''Hey Branch, what brings you here?'' asked Satin.

''I need a outfit for tonight.'' he said

the twins squealed ''A new outfit we got just the thing, we've been working on this for you.''

''Thank you, girls.'' He said walking out.

After that Branch went to his bunker, he already had a ring he'd been making for a while, he already got Peppy blessing and was nervous. It had been a wonderful year for him and Poppy without her he would still be grey and lonely. They had confessed there feeling after the adventure of saving their friends. He checked to make sure everything was ready, and he was dressed and, on his way, to pick up Poppy. When he got to the door he knocked.

''Branch my man, right on time.'' Poppy said tackling him in a hug.

''Y-you look beautiful tonight.'' Branch said stuttering.

Poppy was wearing a sky blue strapless sparkling dress with her hair up. ''Thanks, Branch you look pretty handsome yourself.'' She said smiling. Branch was wearing a royal vest with black shorts.

''Well should we be going; the party is waiting.'' Branch said holding out his arm for Poppy to grab who took it happily.

The Party was awesome with fireworks, food, dancing and general talking, everyone was dancing DJ step up and said.

''We are here to celebrate the one-year anniversary of our troll couple Queen Poppy and Branch! and now I would like our couple to come up here and sing a duet.''

Branch and Poppy went to the stage. ''Tonight, me and Poppy are gonna sing the song that brought our colors back True Colors.''

'You with the sad eyes don't be discouraged, Oh I realize it's hard to take courage in a world full of people. You can lose sight of it all. The Darkness inside you can make you feel so small.'

'Show me a smile then don't be unhappy can't remember when I last saw you laughing. this world makes you crazy and you've taken all you can bear, just call me up because I will always be there.'

'And I see your true colors shining though, I see your true colors and that's why I love you' Branch sang holding Poppy's hand and looking at her with all the love he had.

'So don't be afraid to let them show, your true colors are beautiful' Poppy sang in her beautiful voice.

'I see your true colors, shining though, (true colors)

'I see your true colors that's why I love you. So don't be afraid to let them show, Your true colors. True colors are beautiful' They both sang holding hands.

'Like a rainbow' Branch said sliding on his knees.

'Oooooh, Oooooh, Oooooh, like a rainbow.' Poppy finished.

''Poppy this last year with you has been the best I've ever have, you helped me happy and never gave up on me, you're an annoying loud persistent troll who drives me crazy at times, but have everyone interest at heart, and that what I love about you and wouldn't change that for the world. I want many more years of us to come so will you make me the happiest troll here and will you marry me?'' He asked on his knees pulling out the ring.

Poppy was shocked with tears in her eyes, she held his hand and covered her mouth with the other hand, she smiled took his other hand and shouted ''YES, a thousand times YES!''

Branch stood up and smiled and hugged Poppy and then they shared a very passionate kiss, every troll was going crazy shouting and clapping chanting ''QUEEN POPPY AND KING BRANCH!'' But the couple were so wrapped into each other they ignored everyone else. And so it turned out that this was a night that neither Poppy, Branch nor any other troll would forget.
