Bridgette wasnt dumb. She knew it was just another step of revenge for Uliana. She told Ella her suspections, and Ella agreed.
"Hooks a horrible guy, i could sense it when he was talking to me." Ella sadly agreed.
"Yeah, apart of me wishes that he was nice. He seemed nice at Castlecoming.. but i felt like that this was all just another way of Uliana getting back at me." She mumbled.
"Oh yeah i forgot to tell you! Faye was the one that helped me get there! My stepmother told me i had to stay home, mainly so Anastasia could try and get with charming.." She announced.
"Wait! But didnt you dance and kiss charming?" Bri asked.
"Yeah! Faye gave me a carriage but it turned into a pumpkin halfway of getting home. And my heel fell off! I got it back though." Ella bragged.
"Wow you and charming are really made for eachother." Bri agreed.
"Well i better get going, will you come with me for backup? But hide in the forest until he attacks?" Bri asked.
"I was planning to do that whether you asked or not so dont worry." Ella said.
"Okay lets go."
They had arrived at the lake, and unsurprisingly Hook was there.
"Hi bridgette." Hook had said.
"Oh hi Hook." She said back unenthusiastically.
"Please call me James." Hook said.
"Oh uhm, okay James?" She tested.
Bridgette was shocked that he was letting her, call him james. Not even Uliana was allowed to do that.
They sat together chatting for a while, Bridgette almost thought that maybe it wasnt him trying to get back at me.
"Well i better head off now." James said.
"Okay, goodby-" Bridgette was cut off by James pecking her on the lips. He walked off while bridgette sat there in complete shock.
After Hook left Ella came out and stared at her in shock.
"No prank? No NOTHING?" Ella said in suprise.
"Yeah.. I dont know what hes trying to do now? Maybe try and win me over to break my heart?" Bridgette said.
"No Bri, i think he genuinely likes you." Ella said.
"Nonsense!" Bri protested.
Little did Bri know that Hook was there listening..

WHAT? She thinks im just trying to prank her. Did i do everything wrong? Maybe she doesnt even like me.
