After last night , knowing that someone was kept hostage scared me , I was a police officer, in a case like this everyone would plead guilty. I wanted to go back to New York, but , I couldn't. All I had was a dumb cell phone and a suitcase of clothes.
- "Morning Luz solar ." Mamà Wendy comes into my room opening the blinds and curtains.
I bring my hand up to my eye to shade it from the sunlight before turning onto the other side , I smiled , "Good morning." I got up slowly as I sat at the edge of my bed.
"Breakfast is on the table." Màma Wendy hands me some clothes , "Wear this today." Before she left closing the door behind her , when I opened out the folded clothes there was a cute orange dress.

I got up and headed downstairs to eat.
In the living room , my brother sat around an arm chair drinking a cup of tea.
"Morning.." he says as I look around for Fraud. "He's out." My brother says as I stop in front of him.
"I was just looking for him..to.. nevermind." I brush the thought away , I'd just apologize when he got back. I was extremely angry with my brother, but , he also had his reasons , firstly my dad wanted to murder me.
"I'm sorry about last night." He said getting up from the chair with his cup of tea standing before me. "You just don't know how dangerous it is. And , were not gonna hide here, I've got things under control" he states.
"I know , what about Antonio and Kim? There was someone at my house and now they're keeping him there till who knows how long." I reply.
"I'll send two of my buddies to help them. I'll call them okay? And we'll make sure to find em." He walks off into his office resting his tea on a small table.
I sigh before walking to the front door after someone knocked , when I unlocked the door it was , Fraud holding four huge shopping bags from an expensive store. "Where did you go?" I ask letting him in , he rests the bag on the couch before replying.
"These are yours."
"Your kidding??" I smile before jumping into a hug.
After a long time of.. hugging I slowly separated myself from him , I stuttered trying to talk , he walks off too.
Great.
I peeked through one of the bags to see the most beautiful black half lace dress , was I tripping or did he have a sense of style?

After breakfast, I showered and changed into the dress Abuela had given me. I stared at myself through the long mirror that sat in the middle of my room. "You look like a clown." Angel laughs passing through the hallway before stopping Infront of my room door. I glared at her before replying , "Just like you , tu perra. Te pareces más a un dinosaurio gordo." I laugh to myself.
Her face looks confused. Wait she didn't know Spanish?
"I said you look like a dinosaur." I translate for her as she rolls her eyes and stomps off.
Bing!
I look down at my phone on my bed before picking him up , a text from Kim.
"I know everything. It's crazy as fuck but , I understand. The intruder also apparently doesn't speak."
I replied to the message , "John said he's sent two of his friends over , they'll help you until we find out the situation."
"Stay safe , I love you."
I sent a big red heart.

Knock Knock.
"Come in." I place my phone back onto the bed.
"Fraud." He stands right by my door , he looks over at my messy bed which I had not made up and was filled with clothes I emptied out of my suitcase.
"Sorry for barging in unexpectedly." He apologizes , "Your brother wants to see you?"
"Okay , I'm coming." I nod before walking over to my door closing it. I held my chest which had been beating like crazy after that small interaction , I hated feeling this way. I knelt to the floor trying to calm myself down before opening the door again , when he was gone , I walked downstairs into my brothers office he sat on his chair casually spinning around.
"Brother?" I chuckle walking up to his desk.
"Hey little sis." He smiles , "I wanted to ask you something."
"Sure."
"It's this work event. Would you like to come?" He asks unsure.
"Your work..uh..sure." I hesitantly say , the idea of my brother hurting people or possibly killing them for a living was the worst thing I could think of.
"Great , tonight it is."
"Tonight?! My outfit?" I exclaimed.
"I asked Fraud to pick up an outfit for you to wear tonight?"
Oh right , the black dress.
"Yes." I remember before exiting his office.

In the backyard Around the pool , i placed my legs in. Someone joins me. When I look up to see Fraud bare back with swim shorts on , "Hi.." I faintly say as we were inches apart. He looks down at the water , "I'm really sorry , Fraud. I really didn't mean to hurt you."I burst out , He looks up at me.
"I didn't mean to hurt you either." He slightly tilts his head admiring my hair , he removes a strand of hair away from my face before cupping my cheek in the palm of his hands , I give into his touch.
"Did you mean it when you said you would've killed me." I ask
"No I would've knocked you out and then tie you to a rock." He jokes , "I wouldn't."
His hand slowly moved down to my lip as he presses his thumb against the bottom of my lip.
"I really want to kiss you right now." He states before slowly entering the pool , he swims towards my legs holding my both thighs as I look down at him. He lightly splashes water onto me , "This is a new dress." I scold him. After that's statement, we locked eyes , I felt my heart racing. I knew it wouldn't stop unless I did something.
"I can't do this." I say before walking away from him back inside.
