Kenma's POV
Moving days are always such a pain to deal with, probably because I've always had so much stuff to pack up between my games, my clothes, and the things on my bookshelves.
But I guess it's not so bad this time since I have help. Knowing I didn't have to pack everything up and then carry it to the car myself was a huge relief. Instead I left all the heavy lifting to the three alphas who so desperately offered to help.
"I almost have all your manga and figures packed up Kenma." Akaashi said politely.
I looked down to the large boxes on the floor with my manga stacked neatly and carefully inside. This is why I wanted Akaashi to be the one to help pack up my room. Not that the other two would be terrible at it, I just appreciate the way Akaashi is so organized and thoughtful with where he puts stuff, I trust him.
"Thank you for the help," I said folding another pair of jeans. While he worked on my shelf and desk, I worked on emptying my dresser and closet or all my clothes.
"Of course, I enjoy helping you." He gave a small grin before turning back to his work.
I liked the comfortable silence whenever I was with Akaashi. I never felt like I had to talk or hold a conversation, maybe that's because we are both content with just having the presence of someone beside us.
Though I liked being in here with Akaashi, I should probably go check on the others to see how they're doing.
I sighed laying down the shirts I had in my arms and walked towards the closed door.
"Are you ok?" I heard Akaashi ask.
"Yea, just going to check on the other two." I said as I opened the door and stepped out. I didn't even get to take a step to begin hearing the loud music and singing throughout the apartment.
I took a deep breath, almost as if I was preparing myself for what I was about to see as I rounded the corner.
I frowned once I saw the state of my kitchen and living room. Almost nothing was packed up, especially the things in the kitchen. Instead of asking them what they were doing, I just leaned my head against the wall and waited for them to notice.
I stood there for at least a minute just watching them sing and dance before Bokuto spun Kuroo in a circle and dipped him. I watched them giggle, Bokuto leaning in for what I assume is a kiss but the sound of someone clearing their throat interrupted.
"Really? In Kenma's apartment?" I shivered hearing Akaashi's monotone voice behind me. I heard him let out a sigh as I felt his chin rest on my shoulder, making me tense a little.
"We were just playing around!" Bokuto pouted as he helped Kuroo up. "Right Kuroo?"
"Yea, just having some fun while we pack stuff up." Kuroo repeated.
"Packed up what exactly?" I asked amused.
"Hey! We packed up the bathroom!" Bokuto said proudly. "And I know you see the lack of COUCH in this living room." He practically beamed with pride.
"Yeah, I bet we're doing way more work than Akaashi. Why don't you scold him?" Kuroo said sassily.
"Akaashi is doing plenty work with me in my room, his hands are needed in there." I said with a blank face, not noticing Akaashi behind me sticking his tongue out to tease the others.
"The kitchen and living room need to be finished tonight. I can't stay here any longer, we'll join when we're done." I waved them off as I walked back to my room.
