Ruhanika wanted to apologize to Ruhi for their earlier disagreement, but before she could, Ruhi left for her boxing class without waiting for her. Ruhanika understood that Ruhi was angry with her, and feeling disheartened, she headed to her music class instead. She hoped that playing her favorite instrument would help lift her spirits, but her mind kept drifting back to Ruhi and how she might mend things between them.

Meanwhile, outside their house, Ruhi noticed Abhir standing with some dust on his shirt. Concerned, she rushed towards him and asked, "Billa boy, what happened?" as she began to dust off his shirt. Abhir hesitated for a moment before explaining, "I was feeling dizzy, and I almost fainted. A girl nearby helped me."

Ruhi was shocked and immediately filled with worry. "Billa boy, are you okay? Why didn't you tell us earlier? And have you been taking your medicine on time?" Her voice quivered as memories of his past health issues resurfaced, bringing tears to her eyes.

Seeing her distress, Abhir gently reassured her, "Ruhi chuchi, I'm okay. Don't worry and don't cry." He pulled her into a comforting hug, trying to ease her anxiety. After they broke from the hug, Abhir noticed Ruhi's gym bag and asked, "Didn't you go to boxing class today?" Ruhi, not wanting to admit the real reason, quickly replied, "There was no class today." Abhir simply nodded, accepting her answer.

Ruhi then insisted, "You need to tell Massi Maa and Poppy about this." Abhir tried to protest, "They will be tensed if they find out." But Ruhi shook her head firmly and helped him towards the hall, noticing how weak he seemed. She made him sit down on the couch and rushed to get him a glass of water. Handing it to him, she watched as he drank, her worry only slightly alleviated.

Determined, Ruhi guided to Abhira's room. She found Abhimanyu and Akshara in an intimate moment, hugging each other. Ruhi felt a pang of guilt for interrupting but knew it was necessary. She rushed into the room, causing both Abhimanyu and Akshara to separate and look at her with concern.

Abhimanyu asked, "What happened, princess?" Ruhi took a deep breath and explained everything Abhir had told her. She emphasized how dizzy he had felt and how he had almost fainted. Hearing this, Abhimanyu and Akshara immediately went into panic mode. They rushed downstairs, with Ruhi following closely behind.

As Abhir sat on the couch, he thought about Ruhi and Ruhanika. He felt guilty for causing worry, especially for Ruhi. She had always been so caring, and he couldn't help but admire her strength and determination. Abhir's thoughts also wandered to Ruhanika, recalling how she often tried to mediate and keep peace between everyone.

Akshara reached Abhir first and knelt down beside him, examining him closely. "Abhir, why didn't you tell us earlier? You know how important it is to inform us about these things," she said, her voice filled with concern.

Abhir looked at his parents and then at Ruhi, feeling a mix of guilt and relief. "I didn't want to worry you," he said softly.

Abhimanyu, being a doctor, quickly assessed the situation and gently made Abhir to sit back to the couch. "Your health is more important than anything else. We need to make sure you're okay," he said, trying to remain calm but clearly worried.

Akshara quickly called their family doctor and explained the situation. Ruhi stayed close to Abhir, holding his hand and offering silent support. Despite the tension in the air, she felt a sense of relief knowing that Abhir was in good hands and that they would take care of him.

As they waited for the doctor, Abhimanyu and Akshara kept a close eye on Abhir, ensuring he was comfortable and hydrated. Ruhi sat beside him, whispering words of encouragement and comfort. The family came together in that moment, united by their love and concern for Abhir, ready to face whatever came next together.

Abhir's thoughts continued to linger on Ruhi and Ruhanika. He thought about how lucky he was to have such loving sisters, especially Ruhi, who always looked out for him. He also felt grateful for Ruhanika's kindness and understanding. Moreover, he felt blessed to have a protective brother like Shivu. Abhir realized how fortunate he was to be surrounded by a family full of doctors who could provide him with the best care and support.

In that moment, Abhir vowed to himself that he would find a way to bring his family even closer together. He promised to always be there for his sisters and brother, just as they had always been there for him.
