Chapter 28: Demon vs Angel

Previously on Chapter 27: I.M.P vs Succubus, after being kissed by Loona, Lincoln immediately leave the place to focus on his mission while the rest of them focus on their mission as well. The I.M.P begun to kill the people on their list until Verosika arrived and attract the humans with her singing while her posses do the job for her. During this, Verosika unknowingly create a giant monster fish in the human realm which Millie manages to defeat it. Both party blame each other for the cause until Lincoln arrived and end the fued before telling them the result of the duel in which the succubus won but Lincoln, with a massive head count of 100 human, shocked every demon making the I.M.P won the battle. Before they leave, both Lincoln and Verosika reconcile by giving her another parking spot in which Verosika accepts it and enter the portal to Hell thanks to Lincoln.

Lincoln's POV

(For those who have watch Helluva Boss Season 1 Episode 4: C.H.E.R.U.B, do not give a spoiler and enjoy it but for those who doesn't, spoiler alert incoming)

Lincoln: And done. I can't believe those guys doesn't even know about this as well.

I've finally finish with the report and the statement in all those pile of papers for the I.M.P Headquarters. The first time I've heard that they never wrote or print anything about their account and insurance, I literally grab Blitzo by the neck and begin to choke him without any hesitation which almost killing him no thanks to Moxxie and Millie who manages to grab me away from him. Since then, every time they wants to spend on something, they will have to talk to me about funds. Sometimes, they need a tough love in this kind of business and that's my role to do it.

Lincoln: I can't believe I'm saying this but Lisa's teaching about this was fucking worth it.

*BANG*

I hear gunshot coming from the meeting room so I decide to check it out and it turns out my judgement was correct after all. I can see Blitzo and Millie sitting at the meeting table with Blitzo holding his flintlock pistol as usual. I look towards the direction where Blitzo shoots and notices a flaming debris on the stand.

Millie:Nice one, B!

Blitzo: Gimme another, Mox.

Moxxie nervously sweeps away the flaming debris and puts another old-fashioned TV onto the stand. He turns it on with a scared look on his face which the logo 666 News appears as Blitzo pours gunpowder into his flintlock ready to shoot again.

Blitzo: Eh, nah. Not feelin' it. Next!

Moxxie switches the channel which a demonically dressed Betty Boop appears in black and white dancing erotically with prominent bouncing breasts holding a pitchfork. Moxxie flinches in anticipation while Blitzo and Millie look bored.

Blitzo: Uh-huh. Keep going, keep goin', keep goin'...

Moxxie switches the channel again and this time, Wally Wackford appears on the screen dressed in white with a black top hat holding a cane.

Wally Wackford: I say, I say, are you lookin' to get work making crazy contraptions and goofy gadgets?

Wally whacks his cane on the wall at either side of him producing the graphics for "CRAZY CONTRAPTIONS" and "GOOFY GADGETS" as he speaks.

Wally Wackford: WELL, call me at Wacky Wally Wackford's Wacky Idea Factory,

The Wacky Wally Wackford's Wacky Idea "Factory" ™ title appears against a similar circular background of classic old cartoons. The panel with the title then falls over forwards, landing with a THUD sound.

Wally: Where you make the things and I make the money!

Wally moves close to the screen with a pleading look on his face.
