The Next Day (part 1??)

You stand nervously outside the restaurant, playing with your thumbs. Taking your phone out of your pocket, you click it on to check the time. 5:50. Lloyd was already twenty minutes late. You sighed in frustration, and decided that if he wasn't here by 6, you would begin to walk back home.

After what felt like years of waiting, the clock hit 6 рм. Was this some kind of prank or something? To make me look like a desperate fool? You glanced around one last time, and began the trek home.

Footstep after footstep, you got more scared. It's not like you to be outside in the dark, because it was dangerous. Especially near this plaza, there had been a little bit of gang activity. You listen to the sound of your feet hitting the sidewalk. Your heart pounds with anxiety. Subconsciously, you turn around, and a hand flies over your mouth. "Help!" You yell repeatedly, but the mysterious hand muffles your every sound. They take you into an alleyway, and shove you against the wall. "Got any cash?" They ask, inches away from your face. They raise a knife to your throat. "Leave her alone!" A boy yelled from one of the roof tops. The crook looked up to him, so you kicked him in the groin and ran. Lloyd backflipped off the building and landed between you. "Leave now, before more than your nuts hurt!!" He demanded. You couldn't help but giggle a bit. The man threw the knife at Lloyd, but in seconds he created a green barrier, making the knife fall flat to the ground. The barrier deformed and turned into emerald colored fireball in Lloyd's palm. It grew bigger and bigger, until Lloyd hurled it at the man. "Come on Y/N, lets go!!" Lloyd hollered and grabbed your wrist. You ran with Lloyd until the two of your were out of breath and far away from the attacker. "Lloyd, that was amazing!" You cheer. "Are you okay??"
"Yes, Im fine. Sorry I was late."
"Late! Lloyd, forget about that, you saved my damn life!" You smiled in excitement. "Yea... so your impressed. Come on, I have one more thing I can show you..." He took your hand and let you into the middle of an empty street.
