Logan x Y/N

You and Logan have a couple of mutual friends, but the two of you have had many issues in the past. Your friends invite the two of you on a roadtrip.

(Logan is just a normal man for this story, he still has the same attitude and personality, but isn't a mutant in any way.)

(IMPORTANT: The picture at the top of each part, is what we gotta picture during said chapter. Mostly the outfits.)

"Alright, now everybody is here and ready for our magnificent roadtrip!" My best friend, Sandy, exclaims. She and my other best friends, Lewis and Tyler, got tickets to a music festival that's about six hours from our city. The festival is taking place in the town where the friend group brothers, Lewis and Tyler were born and raised, so their family got then five tickets; on discount because their family is so well liked. I got invited, alongside Logan. He and I have never really gotten along just right, but Sandy, Tyler and Lewis seem to like him a lot, so I can't complain. He is friends with them, and I am friends with them. That constitutes no reason for me and Logan to be best buds. I think of it like an incomplete circle, mutual friendship.

Sandy drives, and Lewis is in the passenger seat. I have made it clear that I don't have an interest in sitting directly beside Logan, so Tyler sits between us in the back seats. Sandy and Lewis don't seem to put a rest to this topic.

"I don't get why you two hate each other so much."

"You're both nice people, why not be nice people to each other?"

"I find it quite silly that you two hate each other so much that you're getting Tyler to sit in the middle seat back there."

That goes on. And on. And on.

"Now I wouldn't say I hate  Logan, he just gets on my nerves sometimes, that's all. We don't get along." I say back to the comments; mostly made by Lewis, saying the word 'hate'.

"See guys, Y/N and I agree on something! Problem solved." Logan says as backlash to our friends in the front seat.

The whole time this goes on, Tyler is on his phone, barely paying attention. He never really seems to care to comment on Logan and my not-so-great feelings about each other.

"Thanks Tyler, for not buggin' me about that." I tell him, side-eyeing my friends in the front while I say this. Tyler just chuckles, "y'know, I just, really don't give fuck so, you're welcome." then he goes straight back to scrolling.

The rest of the car ride consists of four things, constantly repeating itself:

1. listening to my playlist through wired earbuds

2. Logan randomly reaching over and pulling one out by the cord

3. then pretending he didn't do it.

4. I throw something at him

***

We finally arrive at the hotel, and get to the part where we pick Where we sleep. There are two hotel rooms to share between the five of us.

"Sandy, do you wanna share a room, then the boys share one?" I ask my other female counterpart. She and Lewis look at each other with somewhat guilty looks. That frightens me. And rightfully so, based on what is said next.

"Uhh, sorry Y/n, Lewis and I are gonna bunk, I mean, we just got married after all. But maybe this can be a chance for you and someone else  to get to know each other better!"

I look at Logan, who then looks at me. Then we both look at Sandy and say in unison "Hell. fucking. no."

"C'mon guys, just give it a chance, it's only three nights, and you'll be with Tyler." Lewis said. "Now go unpack your things and meet in our room."
