In his second home

At Mouseford Academy , the Thea Sisters and their friends quickly notice that once again nothing is right...Roni is not in class ! In the middle of maths class , the students can't help but be concerned by the young mice's mysterious absence . While Professor Sparkle turns his back , Colette discreetly texts Pamela...

Colette - ''Roni's nowhere to be found. ''

Pamela also writes her without being seen by the teacher .

Pamela - ''That's not his habit ! I wonder where is he for real ??''

While everyone at the academy is preoccupied , Roni opens his eyes and finds himself no longer in the forest , but on a bed in an unfamiliar room . Is this the home of an islander who found him and nursed him back to health ?

Roni : ''Where...where am I...?''

The sun was about to set , and orange rays lit up the room . The ratlet felt an immense pain in his skull .

Roni : Ow...

Touching his head , he felt a bandage around it , he was also dizzy and his vision was a little blurred , but he could make out someone sitting by the bedroom window . This figure , he recognized...Jupiter ! This one waited for him to wake up .

Jupiter : You're awake .

Roni : Jupiter... ? This room...where have you brought me...?

Jupiter : Don't worry , you are not in my planet . You're in my second home on Earth .

Roni : "His second...what...?

For a moment , he and Jupiter said nothing , only an uneasy silence . Roni lowered his head , his paws clenched slightly .

Roni : Why...didn't you...finish me off sooner....the day when....

After saying that , Jupiter's heavy footsteps approached the bed . Raising his head , Roni's face was now in front of the Jupiter's .

Jupiter : If I did hate you , we'd never be here now .

The latter's broad paw rested on Roni's cheek and he lifted his chin to look into her green eyes . The young mice's paws trembled , a pity because of his condition he couldn't defend himself . All he could do , is letting him do it . With trembling paws , he gently spread Jupiter's paws .

Roni: I...I have to go back to the academy...my friends...will get really worried...

Despite his dizziness , Roni got out of bed and walked clumsily towards the door . When he reached the wrist of the door and opened it , Roni sensed that Jupiter was already behind him . Although he was taller than Roni , in fact taller than everyone else , his paw prevented the door from opening . What he heard next was the tall mice calling him a name he hadn't been called for several months already .

Jupiter : Ganymede...

When he heard this name , his old name , Roni trembled . He was afraid that Jupiter would do something to him....or not . The giant of the Solar System Apotre handed him his Stone Sacred , the Aquamarine , which he had almost forgotten .

Jupiter : You forgot this .

Roni : Thank you...

Roni left the room and walked slowly through the corridors of the house , leaning against the walls for support . When he found the door leading to the outside , Roni collapsed , before falling to the floor , Jupiter grabbed him .

Jupiter : You're in no condition to walk by yourself . Let me to take you back to your room at Mouseford Academy .

He carries the ratlet in his arms , Roni can feel all his power in him , this physical contact gives him the feelings of vibration like electricity penetrating his body...and also his heart beating wildly . Jupiter teleports back to the academy , directly into Roni's room . Luckily , his roommate hadn't returned yet .

Roni : B-but...

Jupiter : You need to rest .

He gently laid Roni on his bed .

Jupiter : You will recover .

Then someone knocked on the bedroom door . It was Vic .

Vic : Roni ? Are you there ?

Vic came to see if his friend was in his room , he wasn't alone , he was accompanied by Shen and Craig .

Craig : It's us ! Open the door , buddy !

The wrist turned , indicating that the bedroom door was unlocked .

Vic : We're coming in !

When Vic opened the door , Jupiter had immediately teleported out of the room . He saw Roni on the bed with a head wound .

Roni : Guys...?

Vic : Roni !

His friends immediately went to the foot of the bed .

Shen : You've got bandages on your head ! What happened ?!

Roni : Oh...this...?...it's nothing...

Craig : Where have you been ? You said you were in class , but you weren't ! We were scared to death !

Roni was unable to tell his friends that he was with Apotre Jupiter ; he didn't like lying to them either. So he found an excuse .

Roni : Sorry...I was...in the infirmary...I was...wounded...in battle...

Craig , Shen and Vic exchanged surprised glances ; they hadn't seen Roni injured in their last fight , but maybe they were too focused on fighting the Daimons that they hadn't noticed one of their own was hurt .

Vic : It's okay , Roni , rest . But next time , let us know if anything happens to you ! Okay ?

Roni : Yes...I'm sorry...

His friends left him alone to rest .
