In the Ice Kingdom, everyone was pretty quiet, Frostbite had begun to rarely visit the Kingdom.

Many Icewings started to try to take the throne from her claws, but guards always killed them.

Victim was rarely seen as well, probably trying to figure out a way back to the stick world.

Two Icewing guards sat at the entrance to the palace, bored.

"Hey, Zaffre. Pretty normal day?" One of the guards asked the other, Zaffre.

"Indeed, Glace. Quite boring..." Zaffre scanned the sky blue sky with his emerald green eyes.

"Ever heard of those dragons Alectrona and Queen Frostbite are after?" Glace spoke softly, a little too soft even for a female guard.

"You mean those two Nightwings, those two Skywings, Sandwing, and weird Leafwing. Along with the strange Virabot?" Zaffre answered, looking at Glace.

"Yeah."

Glace looked around for a moment, thinking.

Zaffre patiently shuffled his talons, tail flicking once then twice.

"Ever wanted to rebel against Frostbite?" Glace brought her voice to a whisper, Zaffre froze as she said that.

"...Glace... Why would you say that..." Zaffre was loyal, and Glace knew that his voice was a whisper, but the loudness of the whisper made Glace shiver.

"Sorry, Zaffre..." Glace looked down, taking off her helmet and putting it at her claws.

"Glace, listen to me. I've always wanted to rebel.. but I didn't know how..." Zaffire spoke quickly and quietly. Tightening his neck amour.

"Zaffre.." Glace rose her head, a look of determination visible in her icy blue eyes. "We just fly, go to possibility, and find the Ex-Sandwing Queen, Dawn."

Zaffre nodded before getting up his tail lashing.

Glace put her helmet back on before shooting off. Zaffre smiled before shooting off as well.

As they left, Zaffre looked back, seeing a sculpture of a statue. He recognized it as Frostbite's work of art, she calls Icebound.. It gave him some odd feeling, but oh well, it's just an ice sculpture.

Zaffre flew up closer to Glace, and the eager female guard wasn't showing any sort of weakness. Zaffre sighed, glancing down to his talons.

Glace's snow white scales were glowing a bit from the lighting. It was maybe near noon. Her gaze was filled with emotion, some being fear, anger, hesitation, panic, and too much to name.

Soon after feeling the air change a bit, they realized this snowy terrain was the desert.

"I barely was able to tell.." Glace said softly, her gaze flickering over to a small village a distance away.

"There it is, Possibility." Zaffre said calmy, Glace bolted off towards the village. Zaffre followed, giving a small smile for how Glace acted.

Talon thumps filled the village of Possibility, every dragon dove to hide as they saw the Icewing guards.

Soon, a Sandwing not hidden with burn marks around her eyes was spotted, Dawn.

"You!" Glace called out, trotting over to Dawn. Zaffre followed.

"Huh?" Dawn turned to the voice, her once pure black eyes now a blue color.

"Queen Dawn, is it?" Zaffre asked, his tail flicking nervously.

"Correct; but I'm no queen now dragon." Dawn looked towards the voice for Zaffre.

"Well... I'm Glace, and the dragon you were talking to is Zaffre. We're fighting against Frostbite and Alectrona, and we're here to ask if you want your spot as a queen back." Glace spoke to the queen, sitting down, taking off her helmet.

"... I- I'd love my spot as queen back, but I know no one can do that. Alectrona is more insane than anyone looks, she dosen't joke around. Almost like Frostbite, she is power-hungry, sadistic, and most of all, a good liar. Then we get to the problem of Dark and Frostbite." Dawn started, her voice shaky as she spoke of her successor.

"Unless Dark is trying to find my friends, the other rebels. He is always at the stronghold unless you two want to get slaughtered in the most unsettling way by two pyscopaths, no make it three. Forgot about Frostbite for a second there." Dawn finished, her wings curled back.

"Listen, we just need somewhere to hide you safely before Dark or worse, Alectrona or Victim or someone attacks us." Glace looked around as she said that.

"Listen, Dawn. We know you don't want us to harm you're only living heir, but she is evil, we need to." Zaffre spoke. He was always good with this type of stuff.

"Fine, just I don't want to see - wait, how would I see Alectrona... I don't want to hear Alectrona..." Dawn spoke softly, her tail curling beside her.

"Too late for that, Mother." A voice sounded as a Sandwing dropped down, multiple guards followed. Along with Dark.

Dark was dripping in blood, and dried blood stained his scales.

Alectrona had fresh blood on her teeth and claws, clearly having killed a few dragons before this.

"My mother is alive? Dark- I thought you said you and your weird spider army killed her.." Alectrona whined to Dark, eyeing the blind Ex-Sandwing queen.

"Excuse me, I just almost got killed again." Dark hissed coldly at Alectrona, who rolled her eyes and approached.

"So, two Icewing rebels. Guessing you got bored of no violence and Victim was nowhere in sight, so you chose to join the enemy and help the wrong queen?" Alectrona causally said.

"Were you stalking us!" Zaffre yelped, his tail flicking.

"No. Just I know what rebels do." Alectrona blankly said, her tail lashing eager to kill.

"Uhhh- ZAFFRE, TAKE DAWN AND RUN!" Glace shouted, Dawn taking the chance bolted off into a random direction, Zaffre paused.

"Are you sure, Glace.."

"JUST GO!" Glace roared, lunging foward towards the dragons. Zaffre bolted off, following Dawn.

After catching up, he looked back to the fight.

Alectrona grabbed Glace and threw her against a house, Dark raced over, stabbing her with his stinger and tossing her against a different house and flicked a fireball towards her.

Alectrona smiled sadistically, grabbing the Icewing and ripping her head off and throwing it to the side.

Zaffre cried, the guard never cried.

Zaffre bolted off, letting Dawn grab his tail before though. They headed for the Rainforest, knowing Carnation will take them in and help.
