[Narration]
"Once upon a time, long, long ago... well, more like 20 years ago... Belle married her Beast in front of 6,000 of their closest personal friends. Big cake. Yeah, so instead of a honeymoon, Beast united all of the kingdoms and got himself elected king of the United States of Auradon. He rounded up all the villains and sidekicks...basically all the really interesting people...and he booted them off to the Isle of the Lost with a magical barrier to keep them there. This is my hood. No magic. No Wi-Fi. No way out, or so I thought. You're about to meet a nasty group of teens, striking fear into the hearts of the Isles,  but first, let's take a trip to Auradon."

[3rd POV]
There was a boy, staring out towards the Isle of the Lost as his suit was being tailored, getting instructed to stop moving as the tailor tried to work. Soon, the King and Queen of Auradon came to see their son. "How is it possible that you're gonna be crowned king next month? You're just a baby!" King Beast spoke. "Hey, Pops, hey mom" Ben smiled as he looked over at them, smiling. "He's turning 16, dear." Belle spoke up as she smiled at Ben, looking at both her son and husband with love and proudness. "16? That's far too young to be crowned king. I didn't make a good decision until I was at least 42." The king winked at his son as his wife lightly hit his arm.

"You decided to marry me at 28." She scolded. "Ah, it was either you or a teapot...I'm kidding honey" Beast shared a slight laugh with Ben before the prince tried to step off the plate to his parents  "Mom, Dad....I've chosen my first official proclamation. I've decided that the children on the Isle of the Lost be given a chance... to live here in Auradon." Ben looked at his parents, seeing the shock on their faces as Beast spoke up "Absolutely not. The children of our sworn enemies, living among us? Are you crazy?"  Ben then spoke "Every time I look out to the island, I feel like they've been abandoned! We start out with a few at first, only the ones who need our help the most. I've already chosen them." Ben spoke.

"Oh really? Who are they?" The king crossed his arms. "Give him a chance dear, who are their parents? Go on Ben.." Belle spoke with a small smile. Ben took a deep breath before stepping towards some files he had in the room with him. "Cruella De Vil... Jafar... Evil Queen... and Maleficent." The king immediately shook his head and glared at the folder. "Maleficent! She is the worst villain in the land!" He roared. Belle held her husband's arm and looked at all the folders before looking at Ben "There are five folders..you only named four parents.." Dad, mom, just hear me out here! Yes there are five kids in total, the fifth one isn't related to any of them..I can't find any information on her parents."

"I won't hear of it. They are guilty of unspeakable crimes! How do we know they are ever going to turn good, or that they're good in the first place?" The king argued "Dad, their children are innocent. Don't you think they deserve a shot at a normal life? I mean, just think of all the little kids, teenagers over there that aren't actually evil, they don't want to be but they're forced to be because it's what they grew up around! Don't you think about that?" Ben argues, pointing over at the window,  watching his parent's faces as he stood firm in his argument. "Boys!" The queen got her son and husband's attention, standing in between the both of them. "Maybe Ben is right, the idea sounds far fetched but come on- we can at least see how it goes, I mean-I gave you a second chance for crying out loud dear, why won't you give Ben a chance to teach the others how to be good? To turn back on ways their parents have taught them?"

The king began pacing around the room, thinking to himself as his son and wife watched him, worried looks on their faces before be sighed and spoke up "    I suppose their children are innocent..but I want you to know, if we are in danger because of this little decision of yours, it is entirely your fault.." Beast spoke as he headed out the room. Belle looked at Ben and sighed giving him a hug and a kiss on the cheek before smoothing out his suit for him "good luck...no matter what, I'm proud of you. I know you're going to make a fine king...all of them make mistakes, even if they think they don't."

With that, Ben was now left alone on his room to think, looking around at the files as he started to get them all together, sighing as he began putting together a welcoming committee for the new students. "I just hope this isn't something I'm going to regret..." he sighed as he went about. To work, looking out onto the Isle of the Lost, wondering to himself how life was for villain kids across the sea.
