The next morning I wake up at 8:30 am and get up and brush my teeth wash my face and do my skin care I then decide I was gonna go on a run so I got dressed and headed up stairs to find something quick to put on my stomach

Once I got upstairs I go in the fridge and get a pre made strawberry and mango smoothie I shuck it up a bit and started to drink it
