The night was cold quiet mean like a shadowy figure chasing you home the constant rain and thunder a distraction from the comfort of sleep Red was very off today but it all blew up when Red woke up screaming she got up and ran into a corner fighting off a invisible person Chloe got up worried about her as she watched wanting to help but not getting close to avoid getting hit "No mom please! Please" Red's voice broke her face wet from crying Chloe tried to get closer but Red kept fighting trying to run "Red! It's me it's chloe" She said but Red wasn't hearing her In fact Red was seeing a whole different room "PLEASE MOTHER DON'T" Red's voice broke more as she was now swinging something trying to fight off whoever she was seeing there Chloe finally got close and tackled Red into a hug one Red tried to fight off until she realized it was Blueberry oh the relief but also Red started crying holding tightly onto Chloe she was shaking sweating... afraid she warned Chloe about this about this nightmare that hunts her and it finally came Chloe held onto Red but it didn't help much Red kept crying long into the next day Chloe tried nearly everything to calm her down every but.. cupping Red's cheeks she looked her in the eyes as they were sitting up against the bathroom door "Red.. I don't know how else to help you but" Chloe closed the gap offering a form of comfort she hoped Red would accept... a kiss it seemed to stop her crying and eventually even tho she was skeptical about it Red returned the kiss finding that comfort she was seeking she held onto it until her face was purple and begging for air "I love you and I'm here you're not alone and you're not anywhere near her reach" Chloe continued even though Red didn't understand her broken smile told us she was greatful that she needed this and that it feels a little better now Red let herself fall asleep once more her touching begging Chloe to keep holding her as uncomfortable as this is
