Chapter takes place when only Fukuzawa, Ranpo, Yosano, and Dazai were in the agency.
"You don't understand, Ayame. Your methods of interrogation are to cruel and unethical. We've warned you multiple times, and haven't listened since."
A strict and authoritative voice speaks up. The dirty-blonde hair male spoke, as Kunikida pushes up his glasses.
"I apologize to inform you this, Ayame. But you are expelled from the agency."
The president adds on. His arms folded within his sleeves— a stern and firm expression covering his face.
As Ayame stood in front of the agency members, her position was up tight and respectful, as she slightly bows her head.
"...I see." She slowly speaks, before turning her back and walking out the agency office.
Everyone in the office had different reactions. Ranpo knew from the very beginning, when Ayame joined the agency, that she would be to cruel to the criminals she interrogated. Even if they did horrible actions. Dazai had a similar reaction. He figured that one day, Ayame's sadistic behavior will bite her back.
Yosano, on the other hand, wouldn't have guessed this at all. She as well was sadistic, but wouldn't be so brutal about punishments. Yosano was in slight surprise once she heard Kunikida expel Ayame. But of course, every action has consequences. Whether it's beneficial or harmful.
As the door closes behind the light brown haired female, Dazai whistles,
"She was quite the efficient agent. A shame she was kicked out."
Fukuzawa shot him a glare, but the silence in the room was unbearable.
