I was thinking of a twisted Alice in Wonderland and this is one of the flower people. She is evil and she has a flower hat. Her nickname is Lily but she most prefers to be called Lillian bc she thinks its cooler. I'm working on the book right now actually, its called Welcome to Wonderland .
