SCARLETT ON THE TOP ^
I groaned and rolled over as i heard my alarm clock going off notifying me that i had to get up and get ready for school. I walked into my closet and get my black high waist shorts and a white cami and my sweater then continued my morning routine. As i walking down the stairs i heard my mom and dad discussing something and it sounded serious. I walked around the corner and both my parents looked up and noticed me they both had nervous looks on their faces.
" morning sweetie" my parents say in unision
" morning" i said
" so Scarlett we need to talk to you"
" okay what about?" I could tell it was something serious by the way they kept looking at each other.
" me and your mother need to leave for a few months on a buisness trip" my father saying breaking the akward silence.
Both my parents were doctors so they traveled alot, but everytime they have to leave they think im gonna breakdown i guess there just worried about me because of what happened before. ( which i don't)
"Where?" i ask
" india" they say together, i was slightly shocked i never thought they would have to leave the country.
"Oh" i replied
" look i will be fine here by myself i always am, just please be careful in india, but i have to get going or i will be late for school". I quickly got up and kissed my parents on the cheeks and telling them i love them which has been hard to say considering my past with spencer.
"I love you too"
Love you too sweetie"
I hear before i leave and get into my beatiful baby, my new camaro i got for my birthday a couple weeks ago. I turned on the radio which was playing skin by sixx: am which was my favorite song and starting singing along as i was making a beeline straight for hell ( school)
I made my way up to the school building and i spot my best friend Emily leaning against my locker looking sad.
"Whats wrong em?" She lifted her head a smiled sadly once he saw me.
" me and adam broke up" Emily and Adam had been dating for a couple months and they seemed to be strong so i am shocked.
" why?"
" he said he found someone else"
" well he can go suck it then there are plenty of hot guys at this school that would be lucky to have you" she chuckled at my response. I opened my locker and looked at my timetable and saw i had science first period so i got the books i needed and i overheard a conversation that the queen bee and her minions were having, god they were all annoying, they always talked in baby voices and gossiped all the time.
" why the sour face?" emily asked
" Alexis and her minions are being annoying" she nodded in agreement.
Alexis looked over at me and gave me a smirk she always messed with me every sense freshman year, but i never allowed it to get to me.
The bell rang signaling that first period is about to start. I make my way down the hall and then smack into someone int he process i drop all my books, i bend down to get then while mumbling a sorry.
" dont be it was my fault" i look up and see the one and the only Carter Pearson the bad boy and player of the school.
" uhm okay well bye"
" wait whats your name cutie?"
" um Scarlett "
" well scarlett watch were your going next time okay?" He said in an annoyed tone, Wow bipolar much.
" wow asshole" i turn away and stopped because i realized what i had said i turned back and he had an amused but pissed expression on his face.
" you shouldn't have said that now because now im gonna make your life a living hell" he said chuckling a little.
I glared at him and said " bring it on bad boy" and stormed off to first period in which im sure i will get detention for being late.
I walked into science and saw Mr. Walker sitting on his computer taking attendance and surprisingly he just gave me a warning. I sat next to emily and she looked at me with a worried look , but i dismissed it by waving my hand, i zoned out what Mr. Walker was talking about and spent the rest of the period thinking of what i just got myself into.
( this is my first story on here so i hope you like it and any suggestions you have on the story i will gladly accept and please try to refrain from any rude comments :)
Also i know it was boring, but i promise the next chapter will be more interesting.)
