There's a Will, There's a Way-Part 2

Part 1

RECAP OF OUR STORY THUS FAR...:

In the grove, where the trees sway

Lies a bed of bugs, where they play

But amidst the creepy crawlers there

Lies a person that you hold dear"

"Where are we going next?" Sandor asked. He was starting to dislike the trek. And the riddles

"Well, it said a grove, and the only one near here is... wait... The Grove. The one where Keefe and I..." Sophie cu off realizing what she was about to say. "Let's go" Sophie said at last.

"The grove where you and Keefe did what?" Sandor asked

Like a good person who cares about her boyfriend's health, she ignored him. When they got to the Grove, Sophie went over to the bed that Keefe pointed out to her last time they were here. And sitting on it, with his back facing to her and Sandor, sat the one and only Keefe Sencen.

"Keefe! What are you doing here?" Sandor demanded. He likes Keefe as much as Grady does. Bad influence to get Sophie killed.

"Sandor! Be nice! This is my Boyfriend we are looking at. You can't kill him without killing me!" Sophie said defiantly.

"Ok, no one's killing anyone. Sandor, can I borrow Sophie for a minute?" Keefe turned around, something small and boxlike in his hands.

...

"Mr Forkle helped out with the riddles. Sorry to scare you. I wanted this to be fun for you." Keefe looked at her with worry.

"It was fun! Believe me. Anyway, why did you bring me here? Do Grady and Edaline know you're here?"

"Grady, yes. Edaline, no. I had to ask Grady for permission to do this." Keefe said, half looking away. He continued saying, "While I was in the Human world, I saw a lot of human movies. A lot of romantic movies. I know you aren't all that accustomed to the Elvin traditions yet, so I thought I would base tonight on those human movies I saw."

"What do you mean?" Sophie wondered.

"What I mean is," Keefe got down on one knee, held open the small black box, which Sophie now realized held a ring, and said, "Sophie Elizabeth Foster, will you give me the extraordinary honor of marrying me?"

Sophie gasped and put her hand to her mouth. She was speechless. Physically at least. Mentally she was screaming so hard she accidentally transmitted/yelled mentally to Keefe YES!.

"YES! Oh my gosh, YES!" Sophie said out loud.

Keefe smiled and stood up, took the ring out of the box, and placed it on Sophie's finger. The ring had ice blue gems in it, and the band of the ring was a nice golden brown.

As soon as the ring was on, Sophie jumped into Keefe's arms and kissed him. They could've never ended, and I could've finished this story right here, but then someone entered Sophie's thoughts. Apparently she transmitted a little too loudly and Fitz saw the whole thing.

Sophie... why? What does he have?! I don't understand! SOPHIE! Fitz yelled in Sophie's mind. Sophie practically flew from Keefe out of sheer terror.

"Sophie... You ok?" Keefe asked, obviously worried.

"I... NO... Fitz might've seen the whole thing and is now yelling into my thoughts." Sophie said, obviously annoyed.

Sophie, how could you? I love you and I thought you loved me. We're Cogna– Fitz started
