Green Eyes (Damon Salvatore)

The room Alyssa Binkley picked was right across from Damon's but right next to Stefan's. It was a nice spacious room for her to enjoy in, with a bed and a bathroom with a shower.

Alyssa never thought she would be staying with them, no she had plans to go as far away from here has possible. But now that she has reunited with Damon things have become progressively better.

She sighed falling back on her bed with a smile on her face, however that smile faltered as she heard voices arguing.

"Why does it matter who I bring over to my house Elena? You need to get over this!"

"Damon, you haven't seen her in 30 years! She could be a killer now for all you know, she's not the girl you once knew back then,"

"Shut up Elena. Alyssa wouldn't hurt a fly. I rather have her here with us than see her dead,"

"Oh wow!  Damon are you still in love with this girl?! After she broke your heart and left you the day you were going to propose?"

"She explained everything that happened Elena, get off my back and go crawl back to Stefan where you belong," he snaps as he vamp speed up the stairs.

"Lovers in trouble I would assume?" Alyssa asked as Damon showed up at the doorway with a few of her bags.

"Were not lovers," he says putting them down for her.

She sat up in the bed and looked him over.

"Really? Because all I heard was jealousy coming out of her,"

"She's with my brother. And as she says she will always choose Stefan," he says bitterness in his voice as he sat on the edge of the bed next to Alyssa.

She placed her head on his shoulder as she sighed.

"I'm sorry Damon, I know how much you care for her..... but maybe Elena isn't the one for you. The right girl is out there for you, I mean do you really wanna repeat with the doppelganger? You can resist her this time,"

"I thought I found the right girl 30 years ago in 1979,"

"I'll get the rest of my stuff...."

"No Alyssa wait, I'm sorry," Damon sighs grabbing ahold of her wrist as she attempted to leave.

"Could I ask you something?" She asks, not turning to face him as she stared at the wall.

"What Is it?" Damon asks as he slowly let's go of her wrist as she turns to face him.

"Would you ever give us another chance... if an opportunity arises?"

"I...... I don't know Alyssa, how do I know you won't leave me again? I can't take a heartbreak twice from the same woman,"

"I.... I understand Damon," Alyssa said tears forming in her eyes before vamp speeding out the room.

Stefan came moments later his arms crossed with a frown on his face.

"Nice going Damon, I think you just hurt her ego,"

"I said what needed to be said. She left me first,"

"But she explained why. This Klaus guy is out to kill her Damon she was protecting you,"

This made his eyes wide in realization. Alyssa went out alone with nobody there to protect her.

"I have to go," Damon said before vamp speeding after his ex.

Alyssa was walking out into the streets of Mystic Falls Virginia alone. Her blonde hair bouncing behind her as she walked down the streets. She didn't know where she was going but knew she had to leave the room.

Damon practically said he wouldn't give her another chance to be together, but could she really blame him? She understands where its coming from, but it was still hard for her to hear it.

Alyssa stopped walking when she heard a twig snap to the left of her. She narrowed her eyes in suspicion as she scanned the area before she continued walking again this time much slower.

She has a sense she's being followed and it's probably one of Klaus' minions following her, could be the same one that threw a stick into her stomach while she was running from him.

She continued to walk as she heard another branch and another branch until she stopped walking altogether.

"Look," She began getting annoyed. "I get your Klaus minions and trying to kill me, at this point get it over with because the snap branching is getting truly annoying,"

She was met with nothing but silence causing her to roll her eyes as she started walking again, however as she was walking a branch was being thrown towards her as she caught it with her hand easily.

"You'll have to do better than that, I let my guard down the first time it won't be happening again," Alyssa said crushing the branch with her hands as she vamp speed towards the direction it went in.
