About 1 hour had passed when Snotlout finally woke to Fishlegs holding his hand silently praying to Thor and Woden that he would be ok. "F-fishlegs...?" It was painful to talk but he wanted to anyways. "Snotlout! You're alive You're alive!" Fishlegs' warm hand squeezed Snotlout's small one, Snotlout relaxed and leaned into the touch.
"Snotlout..." "Yeah...?" Fishlegs took a deep breath "Why in Thor's name would sacrifice yourself self for me!?" "Because Fishlegs, because I..." before Snotlout could finish Fishlegs spoke again "You were on the verge of DEATH just so I would be safe...why?" Snotlout chuckled slightly "You idiot...I did it because...I...love...you" As Snotlout said that Fishlegs' eyes lit up with joy and mild surprise. "Y-you what...?" "I...love you <3"
"Oh Snotlout...I...I...love you too." A second later Snotlout felt the sensation of Fishlegs' lips against his cheek.
