kokushibo sit there on the floor.

pill bottle in hand

contemplating things

"go say hi to daddy!" muzan bends down to meet teito's gaze "otay!" the two year old says as she waddles out the room to go to koku and muzan's shared room door, which was locked. but that didnt matter to tei because she couldent reach  the handle in the first place

thats when kokushibo heard the tinyest and cutest little knock. followed by a cute and cheery voice saying "hi!"

kokushibo started bawling his eyes out "heh....who would've thought i would be saved by my two year old daughter" kokushibo says as he continues to sob

{9 years later. teito is eleven}

"papa?" tei says as she sits in the living room with her father, muzan

"yes, tei?" muzan responds

"why do you always ask me to 'go say hi to daddy'? you've been doing it since i was 2" teito questions as she has been getting suspicious

"thats a story for when your older. i know, i know. your going to say 'why not just tell me now' its because you wont understand it now. but what i will  tell is this: he loves you very much" muzan sighs as his anxiety rises with the question

{5 years later. teito is 16}

"can you tell me now? tell me why i have to 'go say hi to daddy' please, i want to know" teito pleads to muzan

muzan sighs with this and decides its time

"your father struggles sometimes... he's almost overdosed a few times. but every time he hears your cheery little voice: he stops. you mean the world to him. he would die for you. but he would also stay alive. he is going in and out of these dark moments. right now, he's in one. go say hi, im sure he'll like it" muzan says as he knows that kokushibo is in the same position as he was fourteen years ago

teito knock lightly on the door that has been forgoten to be locked "can i come in?" she asks

kokushibo doesnt answer

teito and muzan enter. teito stands a few feet in the doorway. muzan stands in the doorway.

teito notices how kokushibo isnt really moving

teito uses her BDA which anylises anything and everything
