As Jack and John start working on their case about the cult, Jack starts to space out a little staring at John with a small blush on his face. It takes John a little bit to notice before he blushes too.
"Uh.. W-What're you staring at?" John says a little embarrassed.
"What?" Jack replies snapping out of his thoughts. He realizes he was caught staring and he looks away, embarrassed as well. "S-Sorry..." He mutters.
John continues to blush a little as he works. As he continues working he starts to smile slightly, feeling warm and fuzzy about what just happened. As he does he snaps back to reality realizing he might actually have feelings for Jack and that makes him blush more. He swore he only saw Jack as his partner and someone he works with, but now it's something much different.
John decides after he finishes what he's doing to talk to Patty about it.
"Hey, Jack I'll be right back." John says.
"O-Ok bye John!" Jack says blushing, still embarrassed about what happened earlier.
John walks over to Patty while she's on break and his face is flushed a little and Patty sees him in his flustered state and sighs.
"John. What happened? You look like you ate something spicy." Patty says to him. John looks away, embarrassed before going into Patty's office and closing the door. "Geez what's going on John?" She replies.
"If I tell you don't tell anyone Patty. I'm experiencing some... Feelings... And I don't know what to do or how I feel." John says while looking at Patty desperate for help.
"Ohhh. Ok. Well what's up?" Patty asked.
"So I might... I might have feelings for Jack... But like.. whenever we're working together or getting donuts together or doing something just us two, it always feels so... Romantic... And kind of... Cute... I don't know if I actually like him or it's something else. Like when I'm with him my heart races... And he always makes my cheeks burn..." He blushes as he talks about Jack and how he makes him feel. As Patty listens she sighs.
"John you like him, and you can't deny it. However if you like him then you should tell him." She says trying to help John with his situation.
"How?" He asks. "It's guaranteed he doesn't like me back." He sighs sadly.
"Oh trust me John. You'd be surprised... So go tell him already before you miss your chance!" Patty exclaims.
"But Patty..." John says.
"Go John!!" Patty yells. As Patty tells John to talk to Jack he leaves her office and goes to the store to grab some things for Jack.
